Although not every card has been revealed yet, the ones that have are rather powerful. Tools like Duskbreaker are extremely strong against aggro in the early game. Temporus is not really a serious inclusion, but I will be doing extensive testing as I think the card has very high potential. This new meta will call for weapon removal which is why I have included two, Gluttonous OozeHarrison Jones

The Raza Package

There's no denying the power of the dynamic duo Raza the Chained and Shadowreaper Anduin. It is an auto-include in every highlander list simply because its power level is extremely high. This list isn't running the Prophet Velen package because its aim is board control and playing beefy minions.

Tech Choices

As previously stated, this list isn't running the Velen package, which is a 14 damage finisher on its own with Holy SmiteMind Blast, with the addition of 2 + 4 + 4 + 4 damage (total = 28 damage).

Another package addition is the Lyra the Sunshard package with one Radiant Elemental. You can also include cheaper spells like Pint Size Potion. This is the package I would recommend if you want to focus on the Dragon Soul. Otherwise, I still think it's a solid inclusion. I love priest but I am not a big fan of the draw-heavy Razakus list that's currently tier 1 and this list reflects that. It's more about getting onto the board (much easier with Duskbreaker ) and staying on it. You usually want to get Raza and Anduin out early as it conflicts with Drakonid Operative.

Psychic Scream is an incredibly powerful board clear and will probably be auto-include in most priest decks.

Rummaging Kobold would be a strong tech IF, and I believe only if, you plan on going the Lyra package route to play many spells. This is more of a value generator and is weaker in a highlander list because you're missing out on the second Radiant Elemental.

Lone Champion is a strong anti-aggro card that you can play alongside Tar Creeper if the meta is a bit too fast. Lone Champion into Duskbreaker into Drakonid Operative is very strong versus aggro and control.

Eater of Secrets will be a good tech if the rogue secrets are a hit and quest mage continues to be played.

Silence is very versatile but is mainly in this deck to counter Lynessa SunsorrowMass Dispel has potential as well if you're needing another silence.

There's a bunch of different tech choices and personally I'm going to test this list which is more control than tempo, which means I'd probably cut Kabal Talonpriest and add Archbishop Benedictus for fatigue wars.
