That would be a great idea, especially to see how to play against control decks, (boring board clear priests, etc.)
What is the combo or how to use?
Update from my first post about 4 days ago:
Deck is awesome!! I havent played Wild in a long time so when I tested the deck i was at Rank 25.. I hit Legend earlier today with this list.. insane win rate of 70% or so to Rank 5... from rank 5 to Legend I was running into Reno decks a lot and tilted a little (they always seemed to have Reno when they needed him lol) so i tried cutting one shadowblade for Beneath the Grounds.. it was decent but i felt the synergy messed up a little so i peppered in a rotation with one of Kohai's Oil lists (just so i dont tilt myself to losses when i keep running into the Reno decks or re-queue into bad mathups) but for the vast majority of the climb to Legend it was using this list!
you have to be really mindful of using your resources and patient at times with the cannon (to try and get the right amount of value out of it) and deckhand (need that charge with the Oil.. cant always sit there and pray for Leeeeeroy to bail you out).. also dont be greedy with Cold Bloods.. use them to clear if you have to or gain extra pressure.. even Oil).. you really need to plan out the first turns as one mistake and theres no card draw to help you out..
its not easy to pilot but is fun as hell and EXTREMELY viable to hit Legend with!
That's really interesting, I thought this card was bad haha but since you guys are having success I might going to test it :) Thank you for the feedback.
Haven't tried the deck yet but will give it a go tonight. Looking for good tempo rogue list for Wild.
Did you try Sap or Edwin VanCleef? Sap seems like it would be good in this meta. And VanCleef is an honorary pirate that can win games.
Also, did you try the Kohai legend oil rogue list from last season? I found it difficult to win with, but i'm admittedly not very good with this type of deck. Any comments on this list vs. that one?

Edit: I just realized there is a new Kohai list for this season:

Sup Sirmikon,
I have not tried Sap in the deck it is such a responsive card that dont have any synergy at all , Edwin VanCleef is the same i dont have many tools/spells to combo with it, the deck is minion based plays super aggressive focused in heavy synergy with pirates to make every turn if not answered more difficult for the opponent.
i do not like to compare decks but basically it is two different ways to play with Oil (hyper aggressive heavy pirate synergy deck or Hybrid pirates + sort of miracle) i believe both are pretty strong but his lists seems more optimal to grind for high legends tbh, it's hard to say because he dont post any Winrate to see how much he grind, however, he got top legend consistently with it. I'd say my version is with no doubt better for climb in lower ranks to rank 5 (i got it in 4 ~ 5 hours every season) then it becomes 100% harder (lots of hard match-ups Reno Priest, Aggro Druid , Aggro Shaman etc as you can see in the stats), i have not changed any card in my version since rank 16 his lists are more versatily you can change it to counterqueue pretty easily and that makes a lot difference in Wild because theres not that many players climbing. Both takes time to get used to as usual rogue decks are not easy to pilot.
I recommend every Kohai's list because it is really nice decks he have posted a new one recently btw but yeah i never netdecked in my life so i just prefer play with my own.
GL with whatever you choose to play :)
Wonderful and thoughtful response. Thanks Reinan!
Your list indeed much more hyper aggressive and all-in on pirates. I like it. Interesting thoughts on the grind at lower ranks vs higher ranks. I agree - your list is much lower to the ground/ faster and will perform well against un-optimized lists on the climb to r5. I like how you characterized your deck.
Thanks for contributing to the community!
Dont play this deck if you want to reach legend , its just a deck for fun
What you mean "its just a deck for fun"? Every deck has to be fun and win games otherwise you get bored of it. The deck is really strong to climb until rank 5 then it become much harder but i believe thats for any deck.
This deck dont work for me , i dont know why but its bad for me , i tried it on rank 3. and i losed every game that i played , after 6 loses in a row i wrote this comment because i was angry , it might work on rank 20-15 or high legend but on rank 3. its terrible deck
Lovely deck. Greenskin is the cherry on top.
Thanks m8, he is one of my favorite cards :)
Do you think Luckydo Buccaneer might fit in this deck? I really like that minion and I would give it a try... also what could I replace for it?
Also Phantom Freebooter?
unfortunately both are too greedy and slow imo dont really fit in the deck's goal which is seek for a fast lethal. That's also why i use Leeroy Jenkins instead Skycap'n Kragg, more damage potential.
What do you mulligan for?
Ship's Cannon is by far the best opening card but you dont need hard mulligan for it.
Keep in mind that one drops are much better to keep without the Coin or with Ship's Cannon (pass turn 1, Dagger turn 2 , Ship's Cannon + Swashburglar or Southsea Deckhand) , Coin Dagger turn 1 is almost always a right play for this deck if you have follow up and dont have Ship's Cannon in the opening hand ( Coin Dagger turn 1 , Deadly Poison + Dread Corsair turn 2 or Bloodsail Raider pull Patches the Pirate )
Always keep Buccaneer , Deadly Poison , Bloodsail Raider , Ship's Cannon and Dread Corsair if you have Deadly Poison .
Keep Backstab and Shadowblade against other agressive decks.
Keep Southsea Captain if you have a good curve 1 , 2 , 3 .
Try to not be greedy with Southsea Deckhand even if you have Ship's Cannon or Southsea Captain on board sometimes is better hold it to use with Tinker's Sharpsword Oil or Cold Blood for later.
Thank you.
Got something against ONe-eyed Cheat? I added him and he seems to speed lethal up a ton. Swapped him for the Naga Corsairs.
