Mulligan Guide: Grobbulus is easily my most hated encounter in Naxxramas. The deck I originally used to kill him took multiple tries and required a perfect draw. I have since refined the deck to where I think it is pretty consistent. Grobbulus will often coin out an Echoing Ooze coupled with a Mutating Injection on turn 4. This is not only annoying, but ridiculously overpowered. Your mulligan should prepare for this inevitability and try to draw at least one Silence effect. Mass Dispel is great to start if you can get it.
You are going to be taking a ton of damage, but the plan is to hold on long enough to get out a Priest of the Feast and start gaining all that life back. You want to keep an eye on your minion's Health and always try to run them into something and kill them before you let him benefit from Poison Cloud.
Grim Patron is absolutely the star of this deck. If you can keep one alive for a couple of turns you'll probably have a board full of Patrons. They are also perfect for taking care of his buffed Ooze, or Spectral Knights. You will discover that Explosive Sheep are fantastic at clearing his side of the board, as they will even destroy the Ooze that was spawned by their death. It really helps keep things manageable until you can cast Holy Nova.
Try and hold onto your Holy Smite to deal with his Cult Master and Shadow Word: Pain for his Sludge Belcher. As long as you can manage his buffed Ooze, then you should be able to eventually stabilize and take the board.
The Mass Dispel is really important for this deck, as is the Grim Patron, so I would try to keep them in the deck. If you absolutely had to switch them out I would add in something else that could silence, like another Spellbreaker or Kabal Songstealer. You might also consider adding in Gurubashi Berserker if you had to lose the Patrons.

Alexstrasza and Obsidian Statue are pretty decent too if you have them but nowhere near necessary. I took out Salty Dog and Zombie Chow because I felt they didn't add much. After trying many times with freeze mage, I gave up and tried this deck and got it on 3rd try. A pretty good deck!
First try! Great deck, much better than the other one I found on here. Lots of healing, silence and Grim Patron definitely makes it easy. Replaced Flash Heal with Binding Heal.
Two tries. Excellent, thanks for the deck.
Took like 5 tries, got pretty unlucky (didn't draw patrons) but worked out in the end!
Super easy. Thanks!
Another winning deck!
Thank you.
Thx :) 3rd try.
2nd try! Thanks I don't even have wild cards.
Best Grob deck bare non... awesome build man.
First try, and without Mass Dispel ! Tks
