This card + poison seed combo does not working with new updates.
As intended, since it was a bug. Deathrattle always procs after the kill, the treants get summoned after this. That it worked was a bug that was confirmed and fixed.
This would've screwed me a little in Arena, but my opponent was so 'smart' to endow his explosive sheep with a divine shield... xD
As if that 1 face damage was better than a semi board clear...
Do terrorist computers dream of explosive sheep?
I am surprised I do not see this card more. For what your spending, you are getting fantastic value. The only down side is your opponent can detonate the sheep, but played early it can slow your opponent down, and with classes like mage it can be used as extra board clear.
Soulfire did not trigger Deathrattle, when cast on my own Explosive Sheep

For a common card this is pretty sexy.
Really interesting card for freeze mages.
Explosive Sheep + Poison Seeds = 6 mana, full board clear. :o

Explosive sheep will die, explode for 2 damage to all minions and then the treants will arrive.
What about Explosive Sheep and Feign Death?
Would be an interesting way to deal with Haunted Creepers and Harvest Golems, right?
Yeah true, but 8 Mana, use poison seeds, then place Explosive Sheep then Mage Hero Power it
With moon fire this works.

Totally testing it in my mage deck, use the duplicate secret...
Handlock playing: this + mortal coil = hunter/zoo board wiped, 1 card draw. Good enough to me.
Warrior playing: this+whirlwind = 3 damage all board, 2 card draw from acolyte, armorsmith still alive, hunter/zoo board wiped.
Until aggro repopulate the board, sludge and some slower minions are ready to face them.
