Edit 21/08/16:
Looks like blizz finally gut the strategy, if he has enough damage to break through the taunt to get to Kel'Thuzad, he will.
Thanks to anyone who used and upvoted the deck, you can still try to use it but you'll have to actually trade and keep Kel'Thuzad alive. I'm not going to edit strategy below, but keep in mind most of it is outdated.
Strategy:
Mulligan for Ancestral Spirit and Reincarnate for Kel'Thuzad.
If you draw into minion concede and try again.
GO STRAIGHT FOR FACE FROM TURN 1 - turn 2 you will have both Kel'Thuzad and a taunt out. Don't waste your time trading with his minions.
AI does not attack taunts when you have KT up.
Things you might look out for:
Inner Rage + Execute combo - There's small chance he might have it. To be safe Ancestral Spirit or Reincarnate your Kel'Thuzad.
Mogor the Ogre - Earth Shock or Hex is OK for him, you don't want to miss face.
Baron Geddon - Although he shouldn't be able to deal enough damage to kill anything, feel ok to cc him.
Get' em! - If (for some unknown reason) you take out his minion turn 2, he will only have 3 other minions on the field leaving him enough space to summon 4 Guzzlers. This is punishment for not hitting face.
Brawl - he might cast it if you somehow make it to turn 5 (or turn 4 w/ his coin). He shouldn't cast it if you have 3 minions on the field, so holding off with your hero power and not casting wolves should prevent him from using it.
Card replacement:
You can replace any spell/weapons as you like as long as you don't add any minions.
Only core cards are Kel'Thuzad and a taunt.
Ancestral Spirit and Reincarnate are very important to make deck more reliable, but don't feel obliged to craft AS if you don't have it.
Lord of the Arena can be subbed for any taunt, works funniest with Al'Akir the Windlord due to Rockbiter Weapon and Reincarnate synergy.
Actually you can replace Thrall with any hero, but most of them don't have as good counter for Execute and Mogor the Ogre which are the biggest threats.
Usual turn 3:
got it first try, that was pretty fun! thanks!
5th try :) Use Summoning Portal too and get some more taunt minions
Very Nice.. got it 5th turn... Also use Summoing Portal and try to summon taunt minions!
Good deck. Way too funny. Works like a charm.
Got it on 1st Try, way too funny to play! Good Job!
Weeeeell... That was just amazing. Great work (had him on turn 4 in Heroic mode).
First try and won, good deck :)
With this deck you almost always win, but if you want to have a lot of fun I recomend to add Sylvanas Windruner, Trust me xD
Got it first try. That was really easy!
Thanks, beat it on first try :D
Thank you, dude, made it with my first real attempt!
But anyway I had to surrender 3 times in a row, drawing my minions on my starting hand or drawing them via mulligan, trying to draw goods for KT. That's why I said "real" attempt.
This was perfect! I wasn't sure if this would still work or not, since it's been several months since release. But it worked like a charm! Great deck.
i used an earth elemental instead of a lord of the arena but overall it worked nicely thanks.

Nice Deck haha. Turn 4 win.
Super easy with this approach, Used Al'Akir the Windlord and it was a joke
Feel like this is a joke or something. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've had to restart this fight 10 times and counting. I draw one of the only 2 fucking creatures in the deck EVERY GAME before turn 2.
If I ever hit turn 2 I assume the combo will work, but god only knows. Some glitch or something is making it so I can't not draw a character.
First try. Turn 4. What? +1
Wow... I've never had such an easy heroic win. Great deck!
Why I recommend this deck, Cost! This deck features the same concept as my deck yet at a much lower cost for those who just need Kel'Thuzad from Naxxramas.
Why I dont recommend deck:
1. Execute and Brawl. It lacks consistency. Should AI pop execute on your Kel'Thuzad you are out of luck and will lose since you only have 3 minions.
2. Relying on Lord of the Arena as your only taunt is....unreliable verse the combination of spells and minions he has. Add Feral Spirit to shore up that weakness!
3. If you are winning on "turn 3" why is Bloodlust included in this deck at 5 mana? Wasted card slots
4. Totemic Might would be good if you ever had totems on the board. Wasted card slots
5. Add or update your screenshot without Al'Akir the Windlord since he is no longer in your deck. Can you still win by turn 3 on Heroic?
Thanks for your thoughts, as I pointed out it's rather consistent, it has only 2 losing conditions:
1 - you draw into either minion in your first 5 cards
2 - he has inner-execute on his first turn (on his 2nd turn you are rather OK once you reinc or AS kel)
Why I don't agree with your points:
1 - You can win by turn 4 rather consistently (turn 3 win usually comes if you draw into good windfuries and rockbiters)
2 - Adding more minions reduces your chance of having KT + taunt out before he attacks even once, so you run into weird situation where he actually attacks with his minions
3-4 - You have to make compromises to fill in 28 spells/weapons. As I pointed out those cards don't matter.
