I worked many hours on trying to optimize some kind of "No duplicate" deck as a Paladin. It was all about managing to find a sweet spot in-between clearing, pressure and healing, saving up for some sweet combos towards late game.
There is a pair of the famous wombo combo of Holy Wrath, Shirvallah, the Tiger and Baleful Banker, if you actually didn't manage to finish off some slow ass deck, despite all of your pressure.
You have insane amounts of stabilizers and with Wild Pyromancer, Consecration, Equality (good vs priest), Shrink Ray, Aldor Peacekeeper and Subdue.
We have a King Phaoris. Enough said. He has a lot of potential when playing Prismatic Lens as well.
We have mechs + Kangor's Endless Army. We have Da Undatakah + some strong deathrattle effects.
I added an Archmage Vargoth, which is just incredible in certain situation. It really is great together with Avenging Wrath. That damage output though.
And my favorite part of the deck, together with the "25 damage face" combo, of course... Jepetto Joybuzz and Primsatic Lens. Think about all the cards I just mentioned and all the possible shenanigans available. It's very thought through and is pretty darn solid as a whole. 1 mana Faceless Manipulator is not so bad either. 8-)
Generally speaking, the deck doesn't have many early game cards. That's why it was extra important to play Call to Adventure and Witchwood Piper in the mix. It simply secures a certain potential for early denial and pressure. Another sceneario in which these cards work well in, is Baleful Banker + Zephrys the Great, if you are in a scenario were you shouldn't wait for the Shirvallah + Holy Wrath, wombo combo.
Summarized, there is basically a lot you can do.
#The pressure never ends
As always... I'd love some feedback guys. What do you think?
Versatility*
Did you try it yourself? If so, how did it perform? The deck looks fun, that's for sure!
EDIT: I've just played 5 games on rank 5 and lost all 5, despite being able to play Sir Finley in turn 2 in 4 out of the 5 games. The deck is waaaay too slow, and joining all those multiple win conditions only weakens every one of them.
Yeah this deck is what we like to call, "Le Haute Garbage". Hard pass.
Da Undatakah seems greedy and I'd probably go with Mechanical Whelp over the Mechano-Egg because it's easier to trigger the deathrattle yourself. Because of your lack of early game I'd like to see a Truesilver Champion in there to help fend off early aggression.
The end game with this deck looks good, but actually getting there might be a problem.
looks like a fun deck will try it out and let you know!
Cheers mate!
