So, people have tried the basic idea of this deck before: Get Shudderwock to buff itself to ridiculous levels, including Stealth courtesy of Coppertail Impostor, so that it can then kill the opponent on the following turn.

But now (well, in 4 days), we have Corrupt the Waters to make the deck more powerful while it builds up to its final combo. I'm hoping that will push it over the edge.

I didn't go full Lackey Value with this deck like many Quest Shamans are doing, but I couldn't resist putting in two Sludge Slurpers. They advance the Quest, and Lackeys with doubled battlecries are just plain awesome.

Needing more card draw than just Questing Explorers and not wanting to use Novice Engineer or Gnomish Inventor, I gave in and included Mana Tide Totem and Far Sights, even though they don't progress the Quest. Practically every other card does, though, so you should finish the Quest pretty speedily.

Sandstorm Elemental and Mind Control Tech are there to help you not get overwhelmed by aggro, especially when their Cries are doubled. Belligerent Gnome is good for surviving aggro too, and makes Shudderwock buff itself a tiny bit more. Giggling Inventor is a similar survival tool in the later game, and causes Shudderwock to summon bodyguards for itself, just in case.

Shieldbreakers and The Black Knight are there to make sure Taunts don't block your Shudderwock from dealing its lethal blow -- especially since Shudderwock can echo these battlecries from earlier when it's played.

Twilight Drake, Omega Defenders, and Faceless Lurkers are the main ways that Shudderwock will boost its Attack and Health to high heaven. Siamat means it also has a chance of picking up other cool keywords, Windfury in particular.

Lifedrinker, especially with its Cry doubled, gives you a bit more reach and a bit of life-gain.

Finally, Barista Lynchen is probably just good in a Quest Shaman deck -- but I don't know. Maybe this deck's hand will usually be full and I'll cut her out of it.

Other cards that didn't make the cut, but were considered:
