The biggest problem with this card is that it costs a little to much for the effect to take place. As well as having A LOT of the powerful death rattles rotate out. I can see this card being played in the future but for now its only going to be in a very few Deathrattle priest decks.
Edit: Its a shame that a card this cool isn't as meta defining as we thought. I even got a golden one. But a good card at the very least.
She has a secret battlecry!
"Dies instantly during opponents next phase."
Her play quote is kind of ironic considering she makes deathrattles a thing you'd normally wait for trigger instantly.
If you play this plus a minion while Baron Rivendare is in board, will it trigger deathrattles twice?!
Just made a deck with Spiritsinger Umbra+Cruel Dinomancer combo zoo. If you guys are interested here is a link: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/783951-ungoro-dreadmancer-zoolock-immune-to-board-clear
Yes
What if I summon the new rogue Legendary while this card is on the board??
If there is card effect consistency (which there isn't in hearthstone) it would go dormant immediately, but idk there might be some weird interactions there.
You will summon a corpse
MAAAAYYYBBBBBBEEEEE this is why Master of Disguise got nerfed. if you could perm stealth this that would be incredibly powerful in a deathrattle rogue deck. still a good card in standard and likely an amazing card in wild.
Master of Disguise was nerfed at the same time they released Scaled Nightmare...
WAIT I FIGURED IT OUT GUYS this and then Living Mana. So that you get six mana back? On turn nine? But also then a 3/4 and a lot of 2/2's? Y'know sadly that might be the most value Living Mana will have
Hey guys, If you play this and then play [card]N'Zoth, the Corruptor[/card] it should trigger all the death rattles as they are summoned. What a crazzzyyyyy combo.
n'zoth druid confirmed
So how does this work with Moat Lurker?
Nothing happens, is like when you revive a Moat Lurker with N'Zoth and then it dies, nothing happens.
I'm mostly taking a stab here, but I believe the "After you summon" effect is the last phase of the playing a minion event. So On play effects like Questing Adventurer, and Battlecry happen, and then After play happen, like Mirror Entity... and then finally After Summon happens..
So assuming I'm not missing something, it will let you destroy a minion, and then Umbra will trigger the Deathrattle. But since these things are happening at once, I never just assume that logic takes place, there might be something in the 9,000 page Hearthstone rule book of sequencing that supercedes that action.
+ = GGEZ
I wonder what the meta would be in Wild with this card
