bit disappointed, don't think this will actually good because most legendaries are or big stats (which is ok), mediocre stats with powerfull battlecry (which this card don't give) or bad stats with powerfull effect/battlecry. In order to get value you need to play other cards and you can max have 3 mana if you played this for 7, 4 if you've kept the coin. In a lot of cases these legendaries can be cleared easily by your opponent. Only exception is the lich king and some classic powerhouses like Tyrion and Ysera.
The Runespear too op please nerf :)
Disappointing. I hoped for some more original spell for shaman. Still it will be fun to change your tokens into crazy legendaries :)
At best, this will turn an almost won game into a guaranteed victory. At worst, it will fill your board with nothing useful and most likely put you in a big disadvantage. It's not reliable. However, since i'm a lover of the unpredictability of rng, this a treat for me! I'm going to have a lot of fun with the randomness of this card. Even if i don't get it in a pack, there's always the chance of obtaining one from Hagatha the Witch. I can't wait for the highlight videos with this card! Bring on the memes!

Nice, now I can have my dream board of Lynessas
But it's not your usual everyday-storm. It's a salt storm.
When you have a full board you could:
a. Bloodlust and win the game for 5 mana
or
b. Be a troll and play this card for 7 mana
I like the evolution mechanic for Shaman, but I was hoping for a more elemental based legendary effect. You have no control over what legendaries you get and no way to predict what they might be, and for a lot of them you can't even use their battlecries or other effects. Even with a board full of minions who knows whether this card is worth its cost at 7 mana?
I don't hate this card, but I don;t have high hopes for it either.
Damnit, Shaman was gearing up to have some really nice control tools, you'd think a Legendary spell would help that archetype. But this? This really only helps a token deck at best, and is just a "win more" card at worst. Actually I take that back, outside of a token deck, this can be a "lose more" card by changing your non-token minions into things less useful :/
With how much promise Electra Stormsurge showed, I'm quite disappointed with this "Legendary" Spell.
The Storm Chaser got lazy, so he built something that would bring the storm to him.

What’s the point of casting this twice in a row?
You can reroll Majordomo Executus into Patches the Pirate?
But Electra will cast it twice no matter what you get the first time.
Could see it being used with Primal Talismans
But would it be as cool as filling your side of the board with copies of The Darkness?

This card is kinda bad... Not only is it unreliable, it also makes all "random shaman spell" effects even worse, and not that those were good to begin with.
