Why is there no mage deck in the guide for Chromaggus? It's the most obvious choice with Sorcerer's Apprentice and Mana Wyrm gaining synergy off his affliction cards, e.g., my deck:
Ragnaros is a solid card, although he is a bit dangerous to play since you can't run him into an enemy minion if he has Living Bomb. Saving him for a finisher sounds like it worked out, though.

There are consistent decks for every boss. In my experience, when you find the right one, it works on one of the first few tries.

You mean wing 5 of naxx? Why are you paying for BRM if you haven't finished naxx yet? Just spend 700 gold and finish it.

Part of the relative ease compared to Naxx is because we have more cards at our disposal.

Here is the deck I used to kill Heroic Geddon:
The deck is designed to outlast him with a ramp and bouncing the bomb back to your hand with brewmasters.

I used a mage, but, unlike you, I found that he played his weapon instead of using his hero power when he couldn't do both, even when frozen.
