Wow! I'm glad you like it so much! I think this is not the optimized list but it is close. As for the Shadowstep question, in the early game you don't really want to play a Zephrys without a Shadowstep and the synergy is just so good (allows you to go Zephrys mind control on the same turn for example) that the second one is worth the inconsistency. It's just so powerful that the low roll is worth it, and the large amount of draw helps that be less of an issue.
Click on the deck to see my description and please try it out! It is some of the most fun to have in this expansion! It's not even that expensive when you consider that all the expensive cards in it are very powerful cards used in many many decks!
I opened ten more packs and got half as many. Dig get the hunter hero golden though. But I got gonk and Batman so it kinda sucked. The hero is broken though, it gives spell hunter a crazy finisher.
I thought the armor from the bug would be better that applebalm. I get the egg idea, but there is little egg synergy in the deck. Certainly a good idea though, and I will consider it.
I would probably play baleful because it can be played on the same turn. The reason there are so few deathrattles now is because hopefully you can get multiple undatakahs in your deck when an undatakah dies. Honestly I’m not sure how it works as this is a newer mechanic but if that can only happen once I would consider replacing some deathrattles. Or maybe that is just to greedy and diversifying deathrattles makes more sence. It’s hard to say without trying it.
Its a nice idea, but it felt greedy to me. Like kingsbane healing is important if you want one buffed card to carry you, so I think the garuntyed atleast one reshuffle and 3 arrmor is nice. In a control meta puting one egg or similar card would be a good idea, replacing a arrmor bug.
I know that relying on one card not getting silence removed is risky, but this deck has atleast 3. Not many control decks run tripple silence removal I think. And if necicry we could run ways to kill Undatakah instandly giving you two more making even more silence targets.
Also, an interesting interaction is that equality and shrinkray debuffs are perminent on the deckshuffles (I think). So that is something to be careful about.
Here is my version that was thrown together. Different deathrattle packages, call to arms, and the other healing cards are all possible inclutions but this is what felt reasonable to me. Vs control it seems like one of your 3 kingsbane minions will survived unsilenced and vs agro just look at the quanitity of healing and boardclears, as well as "worse iceblock" tm. Thoughts?
Thanks! Glad you have so much faith in the deck. The two tech slots are Ysera and gluttonous ooze so make sure to swtich them around if you feel like they don’t do well against your opponents. Though for now they seem the best picks to me.
Well I did consider that, but it makes hadronox much weaker vs control, because it gives them a free 4 damage board clear against your hadronox board. There is an abomination druid list out there somewhere, where you use hadronox to kill your opponent with all the damage, and that is a cool deck, but without that plan the win condition is big boards and this plan makes them easier to kill.
Its truely possible, but for Hadronox I miss Lichking and Primordial Drake too much. :(
Perfectly fair criticism. I list the reasons that odd is nice in the deck description, if you want to see the advantages that at least partially outweigh these weaknesses.
Already answered this question in the deck comments. tldr It makes the witching hour not summon Hadronox 100%. This ruins the late game combos. I learned that the hard way when I played Baku once.
Pro Tip: Don't play Baku unless you aren't going to play any more Witching Hours to summon Hadronox.

Yup, it's crazy powerful. Often game-winning on a large enough minion.

edit: people sugested that a heavyer deathrattle would be a good idea, and I agreed. So one plated bettle was replaced with a whelp.

That would be a very good replacement, getting a better hadronox instead of the card value that y’sera provides.
