What are you smoking? Yes, if you just put this card into a random Paladin deck it's mediocre, but if you tailor the deck around it a bit this card will straight up win games if you play it on turn 4. Just imagine these scenarios:
- Libram of Hope: 4 mana 11/14, most of it with Taunt and Divine Shield
- Lay on Hands 4: mana 3/6, draw 3 cards
- Tip the Scales 4: mana 3/6, summon a full board of murlocs
- Pharaoh's Blessing: 4 mana 7/10 with Divine Shield and Taunt
- Avenging Wrath: 4 mana 3/6 clear the enemy's board and deal some face damage
- Blessing of Kings: 4 mana 7/10
Do any of those sound bad to you? Granted, you probably can't really put only (some of) these cards in your deck, but just the fact that if any of these cards *are* in the deck, and High Abbess Alura can cast them makes it worth including for the possibility of the highroll. And it's not like the rest of the spells you might put in your deck are bad. If Alura casts Consecration or Libram of Justice, even something like Call to Adventure, those are still incredible results when they're tied to a 4 mana 3/6, which is a premium statline.
- Blessing of Kings: 4 mana 7/10

Turalyon is a real character tho.
Idk how you can compare to this to Tarim, Who was the best card paladins have ever got.

What makes this bad tho? This is an 8 mana 3/9 guy that removes a late game threat.
Whether It's good for the meta or not is a other issue, but the card itself is solid.

Ikr, Lilian is like "summon a 4/2 kobold barbarian", mage's leg Just gains +1 SPD. These class specific legendaries don't Come close to the craziness that have been the previous ones.
Perhaps that is for the better?

I doubt this will find place in any priest, as they have enough good removal already. I think warlocks wouldn't find it useful, for the same reason why nobody runs Siphon Soul or Riftcleaver, but this one certainly does show more potential, as it does not necesarily have to be activated by hero power.
I am still curious whether this shall see play.

Spellburst is supposed to trigger after a spell is cast, so killing whatever minion with a spell, so long as Your Kel'Thuzad is alive, will resummon them.
Hitting your own KT does nothing coz he dies in the process.
