The funny thing is, everyone is excited about the legendaries.

Because it is about crafting and you usually don't get the legendaries you want in contrast to commons and rares.

I can already see the trolden video where a priest steals this card and plays it with Auchenai Soulpriest + Prophet Velen and wins the joust.

    "LET THE LEGENDS FIGHT"

Each player has to include 26 legendaries in his deck or as many legendary as possible

The problem is that not all players has 26 legendaries to fit in.  Not many actually.  The entry barrier to tavern brawl is to have a hero at level 20; You should be able to play "constructed" tavern brawl with only your basic cards.  As many legendaries as possible will be wildly unbalanced depending on what legendaries you have, and how much.  But it's simple to fix the idea here:

Let the legends fight (by DynamischerDiskord)

Pick a hero.  Fight with a deck made of 6 random spells from that hero's class and of 24 random legendaries.

No, please not. Then we have a RNG based and those usually have so less synergies. My idea is an attempt to break out of the either constructed and everyone is net decking or RNG based without synergies brawls. And it would include a personal touch. It would be unbalanced since people with just a few legendaries could build standard decks and just include the few legendaries and they have an advantage in comparison to older players with lots of legendaries. However, the variety of decks is Hugh and you don't play always against "bad match ups". Of course with certain decks you don't have the chance to have a really high winrate. But that is not the point from the brawl. I just like the idea that everyone picks his own legendaries, where he is proud of, and built a deck around them. And then you compare your own personal deck with others. That older players have a disadvantage is something I consider as challenging for them and I personally wouldn't mind if I lose against someone with just a few legendaries, since I grant them there success. So even though it is unbalanced I think it is worth a try and it would be a nice change to the other brawls.

Actually this card has the potential to create insane tempo. If you can coin it turn 1 you can coin si7 or hp + deadly poison next turn. The problem is that it won't be always like that and then it is not clear how good it is.

Viable or not is not easy to assess atm. However, it has some potential and gives some new, unique options. Therefore I like the card.

If you have to choose between two cars you take different criteria in consideration  (price, max speed, fuel consumption etc). Even if  a car seems obviously "better" than the other car it is only strictly better if it is better in every single criteria. That is what strictly expresses.  So if you compare two cards than strictly better means always better, in every situation. And that is simply not the case. I think the people use the word "strictly" too careless, because so far I haven't found two cards in hearthstone where one card is strictly better than the other one. Dr. Boom for example is way better than Wargolem, but it is not strictly better since it is weaker to MCT or the doggies. However, as I mentioned before,  I totally agree that Polymorph is better.

There are no win strikes from rank 5 on anymore. So >50% win rate is necessary.

Technically there is a mathematical model called Random Walk that shows that at %50 or less overall win rate you could have random win streaks from 5 - Legend. Of course hitting these streaks, could take thousands of games.

There is another good reddit post HERE that outlines the statistics behind hitting legend. If you notice at %50 win rate you could hit legend with 144 - 1912 games with a median of 552 games played.

There are not a lot of people who have the time to play that many games, but the whole point, for me and to give those who enter this thread some hope is that almost anyone can hit legend given enough grinding.

Of course, it is more likely that improving your win rate to at least 55% is the best way to make getting a legend a reasonable goal. A higher win rate allows someone who is just playing a couple hours a day or on the weekends a really good

Yeah that's true. But i had the win rate over the period of your games from rank 5 to legend  in mind. If you hit legend your win rate was higher than 50 %  ;)

I don't know, i have strongly mixed feelings about that card. I thought Nefarian was a nice idea and with this card there is further potential to get some crazy card combos. However, those cards increase the RNG and i think they shouldn't exaggerate it with those cards.
