I didn't found that. Could you please tell me where it is written?

Item 10.B in combination with 1.A
They are very unspecific so they can basically do what they want, at least according to their EULA. I actually don't know whether you could sue them and win in court, but I doubt the hassle is worth it. It's probably cheaper to throw the Money into a new account, if you want to play this game in the future. Or just go and Play Gwent or Elder Scrolls: Legends
Thanks for the answer. Finally, someone how gets my question :) I think you are talking about 9.B and not 10.B, right? Well, i read that too and because of that i really don't know why they banned it, because my case is not listed in the list that causes bans. But you are right, they are really vage about it. Therefore i think the should at least justify it, but i didn't get any Details about it.
I am really not too mad about lossing the accounts. They weren't that good developed and there was a reason why i stoped playing HS in the first place. So i won't take any Actions on that matter. Just annoyed how Blizzard is handling the Situation.
No, actually I talked about 10Bii, Termination of the Agreement.
"Blizzard reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, or for no reason, with or without notice to you. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most Account suspensions and terminations are the result of violations of this Agreement. In case of minor violations of these rules, Blizzard may provide you with a prior warning and/or suspend your use of the Account due to your non-compliance prior to terminating the Agreement or modifying or deleting an Account."
I figured that their is a difference between the US Eula and the EU Eula. Not only the numbers are different, but also the text:
If you fail to comply with any terms contained in this Agreement and/or the In-Game Policies, Blizzard will provide you with a warning of your non-compliance. In case of a serious violation of this Agreement or the In-Game Policies, Blizzard will be entitled to immediately terminate this Agreement and the Service without any prior warning. Serious violations are violations of important provisions which include Sections 1(A)(v), 1(A)(vi), 1(B)(iv), 1(C), 1(D)(i)(2)(g), 2 and 3(B) of this Agreement or repeated violations of other provisions of this Agreement or the In-Game Policies, including further non-compliance where you already have received a prior warning.

It is only a 3/2 and the Problem is that dealing face damage and heal yourself doesn't fit together. In most cases you either want to deal damage or you want a heal, but not both.

It is not a free win. You have tempo loss on turn 2, which is really bad for zoo, because zoo wins by early board Control. Furthermore, it only buffs card in your deck. So on the next you can play only one buffed Card at the most (if you don't run Whisps).

    going against ToS = ban.

Well, from what i read that is not true. You are not banned immediately for every Violation of the ToS. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense that at one Point they list what leads to immediate bans. There are also other Actions like warnings that they can use.

posted a message on Should Blizzard be more Transparent With Arena Rules? Have Odds on Weapons Changed?

I am still mad at Blizzard for announcing possible double pack rewards and not saying anything about the higher drop rate of Card rewards.

posted a message on Card Pack Changes Coming - No More Duplicate Legendaries

I really do love the Change even though it comes late (got so many duplicates :) ). However, i hope there is no secret drawback, like lower probabilities to get a legendary, to compensate for it. I wish Blizzard would be more transparent in this regard. When they changed Arena rewards so that you could get two packs as a reward, it seemed pretty cool. But than it turned out, that they secretly changed the occurence rate of Card rewards, and with that the new reward System was worse than before.

I'm sure it won't take too long! Blizzard probably generates millions of packs per day so it might matter to them. But it's possible I'm wrong and this is exactly how they do it.

I finished the pack Simulation and it is fast enough for my purposes, because even in the worst case i don't have to simulate more than 2k-3k packs i guess.

If your deck is heavy with high-mana minions, you can hope to get a cost reduction on one of those. In the best case you curve out such a big minion on turn 5.
