I wonder at which ranks people win with this deck. Its an auto-lose against almost all meta decks, i'd rather cut my own dick off than play this deck one more time

Crebz posted a message on 72% wr Butthurt Druid (kazoo update)Posted in: 72% wr Butthurt Druid (kazoo update)By far the worst deck I've played this season. 0-8 at rank 5. People winning with this must be either extremely luck or at lower ranks.

Nightmus posted a message on New Card: Flame LeviathanPosted in: Card DiscussionSome people in this thread mentioned that you can probably make this card work. I'd like to remind you that Flame Leviathan is a class legendary! Every class has only 2 of these, so if the devs wanted to implement an extraordinary gimmick, they should've put it on a neutral card. Introducing a class legendary is a perfect way to support certain deck archetypes and to make class cards synergize with each other. You can't make a class legendary that might do more good than bad if you try really hard. Especially in case of a class that's been in a desperate need of attention since the nerfs, Mage.
Let's assume some of the old class legendaries weren't optimal due to miscalculations (Hunter had no use for King Krush, Prophet Velen wasn't flexible enough, etc). But these are the new cards, they should get them right this time, don't they?
- Druid gets Malorne - a powerful minion with infinite value unless it's silenced, but then you still have a great 9/7 minion in play. You can potentially never run out of minions with it.
- Hunter gets Gahz'rilla - a powerful minion with potential OTK capability. A strong finisher, which promotes midrange and control Hunter decks to make the class not one-dimensional.
- Paladin gets Bolvar Fordragon - a weak, but cheap and resilient minion with the potential of high attack value. Fits into aggro decks, synergizes with hero ability, Muster for Battle, "get down" and redemption secrets. It's not that bad.
- Warrior gets Iron Juggernaut - an ok minion with a great effect for control archetype. Bounce it a couple of times and you don't even have to attack the opponent - just defend, Brawl x 2, Alexstrasza yourself, Coldlight Oracle, etc.
- Warlock gets Mal'Ganis - an ok minion with great effect. It supports demon decks, it synergizes with hero ability, it benefits Flame Imp and Pit Lord. Moreso, it has an immediate effect on board by buffing demons and rendering the hero immune.
- Shaman gets Neptulon - an overpriced minion with a strange ability. This one is hard to evaluate as Shaman has never been associated with murlocs, but you can at least understand its game plan. Play murlocs, refill your hand with Neptulon, play more murlocs, Bloodlust. It makes up for the fact that you can't lifetap as a Shaman, provides card draw and a deck of 34 cards.
- Rogue gets Trade Prince Gallywix - a great minion with a great effect. It's hard to kill and it limits your opponent's options. It has weaknesses - such as Archmage Antonidas, Mana Wyrm, Violet Teacher, Gadgetzan Auctioneer, Questing Adventurer, Edwin VanCleef, but you still get spells in return and have time to respond.
- Priest gets Vol'jin - a weak minion with great potential. Priest struggles hard to remove 4/12 dragons, but with this card you get a 6/12 minion and still have mana left to Holy Nova or even Holy Smite opponent's Ysera. Very useful even if silenced.
- And Mage gets Flame Leviathan - an overpriced minion with a strange unintuitive effect, that brings more harm than good and reveals one of your cards in hand to your opponent. It doesn't synergize with any Mage class cards and actually has an anti-synergy with Ice Block. It only really benefits Gurubashi Berserker, Nerubian Egg and Acolyte of Pain, but the effect isn't even worth it - it's unreliable and has a better chance to screw you over rather than win you games. Just awful.
TL:DR Flame Leviathan is the worst class legendary and it lacks synergy, power and purpose.

People saying aggro decks are just wrong. Why would an aggro deck play a 6 mana 5/5 DO NOTHING. If an aggro deck hasn't won by turn 10+ vs combo decks, this isn't going to help.
3
The combo is far from being over powered. The reason it works is because druid still has all of it's broken defensive tools. Druid will be a lot more scarce after the next rotation.

Uhh...no.
Control keeps aggro in check.
Aggro punishes combo decks.
Combo decks destroy most control decks.

The games has been out for 4+ years, why are people so shocked to see golden hero portraits? It's not hard to win 500 games over multiple years. Being rank 20 in wild could mean they are a standard format player the majority of the time, so they decayed ranks not touching wild over multiple seasons.
1
They're both fun to play against compared to mill decks...
4
It's always been dead. Only fun way to play wild is meme decks with the full card pool but you just get shit on by rediculously overtuned decks or the fucking mind numbingly stupid mill rogue decks.
1
Corpsetaker is a must have! The spellstone is still too weak to see play imo.

A good version of holy light lol.

To this day I find it hilarious that the "Sorry" emote was a problem somehow, even though they leave a "Threaten" emote. What can't SJWs ruin?

Shit damage, way too slow for 8 mana.
