If you're talking about handlock with "control", teching in anti-hunter cards will just make the other matchups worse while hunter will still be favorable against you. My advice: Either choose another deck or stop complaining about your one really bad matchup, every deck has bad matchups.
And if you are losing to zoo with handlock you're doing something wrong.
Scarlet Purifier isn't a bad card at all, 4-3 for 3 mana and a somewhat useful battlecry if your only deathrattle minions are sylvanas and tirion (might even be useful to kill those two sometimes). So when Hungry Dragon replaces Piloted Shredder in dragon pally, he might be playable.
Flamestrike saves the day a lot against earlier board control matchups like zoo and shaman. Kel'thuzad is a bit greedy imo.
Double Sorcerer's Apprentice. The cheap removal, secrets and op portal just got cheaper.
No acolyte, no arcane intellect. You have enough card draw for a tempo deck with drakes, scientists and portals. One acolyte is possible if you're in control-heavy meta.
Definitely no Emperor, terrible card if you have no board, you usually don't need him if you have the board. It fits better into control decks.
And yeah, you can't really go wrong with Sylvanas, solid 6-drop with comeback potential.
Ironbeak is there because you can do equality-silence plays. The other stuff are good but aren't enough to justify it.
Also as is, I think Alex is pointless in this deck. You will do damage to face in midgame and you don't need it just for 8-8 body and "dragon" type. Bring back a juggler, should be better.
How does this even work? Twilight Drakes won't be very big with Zombie Chows, Shielded Minibots being played. With the amount of big minions in the deck, very often you will lose to aggro decks very fast. No Sunfury, no Argus to stop midrange decks just going face either. I don't see this working above rank 10 or so.
if only somebody would have told us how bad the Ooze was ):
Right, this is a humor thread. Not the one with that guy calling Echoing Ooze and Sludge Belcher 1/5. He also thinks Spectral Knight is a constructed all-star card but Mad Scientist is only a 4/5.
IMO The most important question in this scenario is.. what is your turn 5 play? If you don't have a good one, you should probably opt for the card draw. If you have a 5-drop like Azure Drake then simply play the Yeti.
If you already have convenient plays why would you go for card draw?

Edit: Updated! Thanks for spotting it, I entered the decklist incorrectly. Initially it was running 2 wisdom and 1 pyro, now it runs 2 pyro 1 wisdom.

I changed my vote to Holy Wrath, here is my P2wadin.

You could run a juggler over 1 chow, but chow is obviously stronger against aggro.

I'd prefer 2nd Drake over Ysera.

Yeah, early board control and crazy damage output. Ended up going 12-2.
