I've been playing a very similar deck since the launch of RR. The main difference is that I'm running 2 Zandalari Templars, which really help keep up in the mid game a lot of times. I thought about running The Lich King in this deck, but since your hand is always full, it could burn important cards. The Zandalari Templars are basically The Lich Kings without the card generation, which is good in this deck, and for only 4 mana. It's crazy. The healing requirement is almost always met unless you're trying to play this on t4.

I'm also running some card like Sound the Bells! and Acolyte of Pain, but I'm not sure if these are worth it in the deck. Sound the Bells! can be really good on Crystalsmith Kangor, Acolyte of Pain, Wild Pyromancer, and even Stonehill Defender.

Yup. Works the same way as the shaman hero power. If you already have a certain one on the board, it won't summon that one. So if you have 3 in hand, you should play them first and then hero power to get the 4th guaranteed.

Can you explain why Acolyte of Pain is in this deck?

So uh....this deck might be powerful, but you're gonna want to rethink the name. It's literally anti-fun priest. Dirty Rat, Deathlord, Entomb, Psychic Scream, even Mind Control...the entire deck revolves around shutting down whatever your opponent is trying to do.

Those are all great cards (except for Flark's, which is mediocre). Floop's Glorious Goop is great in a token style deck, because you gain mana whenever any minion dies, not just yours. Druid has a lot of support for token style things, especially in wild, and there's the treant theme that they're pushing now too which could work. It's also good for combo decks, you can swipe your opponent's board and gain mana or play the 4 mana replace all minions with treants card (dont remember the name) and have a semi board clear and gain mana.

Floop himself is good in most druid decks, but it excels in Combo druid. Play malygos one turn, and then next turn you have a 4 mana malygos, which you can combine with faceless and moonfire + living roots for a ton of damage. You can play Dreampetal florist in this deck too to get reductions on your mana, and even Ixlid for those matchups where they have a ton of armor.

Kangor's endless army is great in an aggro/zoo style mech deck. Just try not to make too many little mechs beforehand or you could end up with a 1/1 being summoned which sucks. Still a great card.

Dr. Boom is great in control and midrange warrior. It has really good sustain potential with its hero powers, and the rushing mechs are great for tempo and board control.

Flark's is hard to use and you probably have to use a deathrattle hunter of some kind to really get value. You got some great pulls, go build some wacky decks and have fun.

Awesome deck! I'm having a great time with it. I swapped out one Sinister Strike for a Sprint, as I found that you usually had all the damage you needed with the Razorpetal Volleys, and Sinister Strike can't be used to clear boards. It's already saved me quite a few times when I don't draw well.

Pretty much the only time when I lose with this deck is when I both Minstrels are in the bottom 10 cards of my deck.

You can definitely win against warrior, but having necrium vial + prep is essential. You basically have the weapon up, then play Illusionist, Prep +  Necrium Vial on Illusionist, hit with weapon, backstab the Illusionist, and then you have 4 mana to play spells, each of which has +20 spell damage. So if you have 2 razorpetal volleys and an eviscerate, that's 66 damage.

It sounds like a lot of setup, and it is, but you can usually stall warrior out by baiting them into magnetizing minions and then using Sap or Vanish.

Ragnaros the Firelord is a better option IMO.

Cool list, I'd be interested to try it out. Malygos doesn't seem quite right for this though. You only have 3 cards that can hit face, and one of them hits you too. I'd recommend swapping it for Ysera or Nefarian. You also may want to consider adding in a Sunfury Protector or Defender of Argus because this deck has very little heal/protecting capabilities.

Netherspite Historian may also not be right for this deck. It's a very slow card, and the only reason it's worth including in a Paladin deck is because of it's synergy with Dragon Consort. As I mentioned above, you have a ~45% chance of finding Dragon Consort, and the Consort effect will apply to any dragon you get out of the Historian. Getting a 7 Mana Nefarian that you didn't even have to put in your deck is preeeeettty good. You barely even lose tempo for playing a 5 mana 5/5.

That's a pretty fair analysis. In the most recent list, I tech in one Technician to round out the early game. I think 2 Templars is better right now because of how many aggro/flood decks are popular in the meta. Technician is decent in either situation, so running one improves early game consistency.

Yeah if you want to swap out Lay on Hands then I'd recommend Ivory Knight (a change I've made in the official list). It's better because it gives you some tempo, while generating a card and giving you a semi-random heal.

I agree with you about a lot of these changes. I've updated the list, dropping Wild Pyromancer, Lay on Hands, and Doomsayer. I've replaced them with +1 Faerie Dragon, +1 Blackwing Technician, and +1 Ivory Knight. I've also swapped Ragnaros, Lightlord for Ragnaros the Firelord. This might change but I think OG Rag is much stronger in a dragon oriented deck.

I was really excited about Scaled Nightmare when it came out, and I've tried to make it work a bunch of times, but it's just so...underwhelming. The 6 mana slot is already very contested, with great control cards like Sylvanas Windrunner, Justicar Trueheart, Emperor Thaurissan, and now Book Wyrm. There's even Drakonid Crusher if you wanted to take a more aggressive angle.

The main reason that Scaled Nightmare is bad is that it provides no immediate value gain, and doesn't provide enough board pressure to be worth its cost. It dies to all sorts of single target removal, which makes it even worse to invest resources into. Scaled Nightmare may have some potential when comboing with Dragon Consort, but I don't know if it'll be enough. I'll probably give it a try. The best use for it otherwise is as removal bait, imo, and you have other options that will net you more value.

I don't think we'll see Scaled Nightmare in any competitive deck until Priest gets totally broken in January and Dragon Priest becomes TIer 1 Kappa

Sylvanas Windrunner might still be the pick for the 6 drop slot, but I'm gonna try the new card out first and see how it goes.

I've been thinking about including Keeper of Uldaman in here...Let me know how it works out for you!

Seems like a solid list! If you have trouble with card draw and are running into a lot of weapon classes, I'd recommend Harrison Jones instead of Lay on Hands. It has the similar effect of preventing some damage and drawing cards, while providing board presence and being much less of a commitment in terms of mana. If you make this switch, swap the ooze for another low cost minion. Maybe a Faerie Dragon.

Brann Bronzebeard might work, it might not. Really not too sure yet how consistent it'll be in this deck, but using it with Blackwing Corruptor, Azure Drake, Dragon Consort, or even one of your buff dragons provides you with quite a bit of value.

Also, I might sound like a broken record here, but I think Netherspite Historian is going to be a lot more valuable as an early play when it's released. Getting a Dragon Consort from here and using it to chain together your dragons is going to be really powerful, especially when you can use it to play another Dragon Consort.
