I don't have time to write guides for each deck but i can give you some information about the deck. Tempo Rogue is getting 51.6% winrate between Rank 5 to Legend out of 97,000 games. It is the 11th most popular deck between Rank 5 to Legend. The worst matchup for this deck is Spell Hunter and the best matchup is Even Warlock if we only count the meta decks. I would suggest you to visit HSReplay.net for more information.
That's true. You can still play it in the Secret version of this deck. Secret version is not performing well though. You can't even see one of them on the ladder anymore.
Dire Frenzy can be a good alternative as well. It is good to learn that you are having fun and being successful at the same time. Recruit Hunter currently has the highest winrates amongst all Hunter archetypes while Spell Hunter is the most popular one.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the deck. Houndmaster Shaw is an important tech card for this deck but i would not recommend crafting it unless you have tons of dust to spend. You can easily replace it with a Lone Champion or a Spellbreaker. You may even include some spells such as Hunter's Mark and Deadly Shot.

I don't think you can replace the cards you are missing.

You can try replacing Deathstalker Rexxar with Candleshot, Hunter's Mark, Scavenging Hyena, Snake Trap, Deadly Shot or Savannah Highmane.

I don't think that Master Oakheart would perform well in this archetype but you can still try it if you want.

That is totally fine. It is good to know that it worked.

Prince Keleseth and The Lich King are more important than Houndmaster Shaw. I would recommend you to craft Prince Keleseth if you want to play this deck. The Lich King is also important but not as much as Prince Keleseth. You can try replacing Houndmaster Shaw and The Lich King with Hunter's Mark, Deadly Shot, Lone Champion, Dire Frenzy or Spellbreaker.

It might still worth destroying Aluneth if your opponent equips it on the 6th turn.

It wasn't performing good enough last season but it was still fun to play. It started performing better after Dark Pact, Call to Arms, Crystal Core, Possessed Lackey and Spiteful Summoner had been nerfed. Acidic Swamp Ooze might still be worth playing to counter Eaglehorn Bow, Skull of the Man'ari, Aluneth and Vinecleaver but not as much as before.

Most of the cards in this deck are not mandatory. Houndmaster Shaw and The Lich King can easily be replaced with Lone Champion, Spellbreaker or Savannah Highmane. You can also replace most of the minions including Prince Keleseth to play Secret combinations such as Explosive Trap, Freezing Trap, Wandering Monster, Eaglehorn Bow and Lesser Emerald Spellstone instead of Deathrattle combinations. You might need some other spells such as Tracking, Animal Companion and Flanking Strike if you decide to play with Secret combinations. It still might not be a cheap deck to play though.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the deck. Recruit Hunter is a well-performing deck on the ladder and a good alternative to Spell Hunter.
