Okay card. But one of the shittiest art work in hearthstone.

Your opinion makes sense BUT its totally unrelated and pointless in this context. Sure my friend changed a few cards but that's what made this deck different.
Its pretty evident that every archetype will have a few core cards so the point of changing a few cards is what makes a decks different. Maybe you need to spend some more time making your own decks to realize. I never claimed this to be a new Archetype.
So your long rant was just misplaced anger. Go find your real problems.
Or maybe you should just post the actual winrate instead of hand-picking a streak that artificially inflates the winrate in order to generate interest in the deck? Clickbait indeed. -

Topandito posted a message on Blackhowl GunspirePosted in: Blackhowl GunspireLets look at this with unbiased honesty...if the enemy trades into this...they are taking 3 in the trade and then 3 that may or may not go face, you will almost never want this to go face as it is clearly not an aggro card. That is a total of 6 damage per traded as well, such is below the average damage of a 7 mana minion. IF you manage to use a combo like warpath or whatever over several turns somehow to ping this 8 times, you are getting 24 damage out of it with no targeting that happens over several turns and requires well over 10 mana on top of a lot of luck AND you killing your 7 mana minion in the process. Lastly it cannot attack yet it lost 3 stats for an effect that as far as I can tell is usually negative. Over all this is simply an awfully designed card. I admit it might be a bit fun, but it is not even a fun that can high roll to victory unless you have your opponent nearly dead anyway.
One small thing on top of all this...why is this not a mech?

Don't get me wrong, this is a pretty good card and i very much like it.
But i've read a handful of comments all saying this is something incredible with buffs, like a 5/5 for 4 mana with the +3 buff. All those people seem to have forgotten that Wickerflame Burnbristle already exist and is basically exactly this card, but with the effect already active, and divine shield instead of 3 health. If 2 heatlh + divine shield is weaker than 5 health against very small minions and pings, it is generally better in midgame with medium-sized minions (think 2 murlocs buffed by Murloc Warleader, 2 zoolock minions even like just 2 Blood Imp) and is also strictly better against a big drop. These pros and cons of each statline make the 2 cards on the same powerlevel IF Paragon of Light had the effect right away, which in fact makes burnbristle the best card. So all those buff shenanigans were all already possible with Wickerflame Burnbristle and control paladin is not even playing it anymore, and he has never proved to be hella broken with lots of buffs anyway, not even mentioning all those handbuffs that are here now and are going away.
So don't count on setting up a really big Paragon of Light, it will mostly just be played to be slightly buffed early and get a already bigass enough taunt on turn 3, 5 or 5. Even a simple tick of Sword of Justice makes it a Water Elemental DK-ed with thaunt for 3 mana which is insane in early game.

Because this cards is extremely good for the cost if it gets buffed by only 1 atk, so it would be slightly overpowered with mean streets handbuffs. To get its full value you have to rely on buffs that are more difficult to set up. This card has a very needed spot in a Heal Paladin archetype imo.
