Maybe I'm a little salty, but who else thinks warrior is the worst class. Like does anyone find any enjoyment when they connect to a game and see it's Warrior as their opponent? You either expect to lose by turn 5 or fall asleep when they drop Justicar.
Definitely seems to be one of the most hated classes ATM due to pirate warrior but control is just as bad, anyone agree?
Um no. Warrior is the just about the best designed class, which is why it is powerful and has many successful archetypes (pirate, dragon aggro, dragon midrange, control, c'thun, etc); however, that all said, Fiery War Axe is a bit OP. If anything, Warriors have access to insane amounts of removal and the basic package of cards for Warrior is so strong that it may limit design space to introduce anything too exciting.
Perhaps you should clarify what you mean by "worst" designed.
I think Warrior is the class I want everyone to be honestly. Not necessarily killing people turn 5, but with a couple of very distinct playable decklists to choose from would be absolutely amazing to me if they could ever pull it off (I don't think they ever will, but a man can dream).
Shaman is the worst designed class by a long shot though. As much as I love the class it's absurdly good at everything in the game currently and I don't think that's good.

Warrior is one of the best designed classes in my opinion. If every class was designed with good early, middle, and late game cards like warrior is I think the game would be much more balanced and we would see a lot more diversity. Sometimes when a class is strong it is strong in a way that you should emulate, and not strong in a way that needs to be nerfed.
Warrior is my favorite class in the game. I have about 3k wins with warrior alone I think, and I've played and enjoyed all of the warrior archtypes except the aggro variants (I'm not a big fan of aggro decks).
So you think one of the worst designed classes had more viable archetypes than any other class? What?
That's what we should expect from the best designed classes. That their toolset gives them access to enough variation to make a ton of decks.
If you think Pirate and Control warrior are the only decks, then you have no clue what you're talking about, and both of those decks have people that greatly enjoy them. Just because you don't like playing against class doesn't make it badly designed.
Posts like these are a great example of the worst of the community. No real understanding of anything but trying to generalize everything to fit your own skewed view.

No. Control games are games where you actually have to use your brain and manage your resources well preparing for lategame scenarios, Pirate you regurgitate shit on board and go face with a finger up your ass.
Maybe you aren't aware but warrior has been doing both those things since release. It's the best designed class as it is the most versatile class. To simply state, if all classes were as well designed as warrior then you would have a perfectly balanced game in terms of class showing.
Shaman is the worst designed class by a long shot though. As much as I love the class it's absurdly good at everything in the game currently and I don't think that's good.
Despite being relatively new to this game, as far as I've read, there was a time where Shaman was the worst designed class because it was absurdly bad at everything. And despite all that power, has the worst hero power in the game: can trigger great things, but 25% chance not that reliable.
Warrior is design is fine. Has lot's of weapons to deal with minions on board together with a hero power and some cards that help it mitigate the pain of doing it.
The problem is the swarm of people currently exploiting a design flaw and using it wrong. Throwing the reputation of this great class into the mud.

Yeah Shaman used to be shit for a very very very long time. The problem stems from Team5's answer to this: instead of fixing the class with creative cards and effect, they simply gave them insanely bloated minions with stats too high compared to anyone else. 1mana 3/3 weapons, 1mana infinite/3 minions, 2mana 3/4, 4mana 7/7, 0 mana 5/5 taunt.... no wonder the class is hated now.
imo warlock is the worst designed class.Reno will rotate out, zoo is dead and demons have so bad synergy that without mal ganis is impossible to play demonlock
I think warrior is one of the best designed classes. They always have the most decks because their classic cards support a large variety of classes. And because an aggro warrior runs different things than a control or fatigue warrior, the games feel different (unlike shamman; even though they also have many viable decks they all play trogg golem lighting bolt feral spirit 4 mana 7/7). The only problems I have with the class are that its boring in mirrors but that is due to Justicar and she is rotating out.
Sure it is one of the best Designed classes as far as an all rounder goes but when i put my feet in the OPs views ive gotta aggro its just Sooooooo Fkn annoying to play against. Mostly leaning towards the aggro standpoint. Control i have a 92% winrate its just a walk in the park. But when it comes to Aggro its just Flood the board and slam face with OP Charge crap. Atleast Shaman dont have Charge so you have a turn to deal with the stuff. Warrior on the other hand needs another look at its Classic set because its just To out of control Consisten 8 Damage from turn 1 if you have no answers. Fiery waraxe Removes any turn 1 / 2 minion you play with ease. Its literally if you got a perfect draw you can have answers. If you dont well they always will. Which in all honesty is just Stupid.

yea that's true... and warrior is not great, not bad, but just plain good
IMO it's not that warrior is badly designed, it's just that fiery war axe has always given them something other classes lack(albeit to different degrees): a card that single handedly makes you win the early game initial fight if you draw it via board control and tempo. Just take a look at other early game removal options other classes have, and their actual uses in the early game. They mostly consist of either playing a removal spell that one for one's the opponent's minion, or just playing minions themselves which in turn fall prey to the the warrior's fiery war axe. If you actually think about it for one second, you will realize that the times warrior was not one of the top classes was when people were playing decks with minions that didn't easily get removed by FWA, such as shielded minibot, or in midrange metas with decks that mostly beat them up with bigger minions(example: when secret paladin and combo druid were the best decks, just before standard came out).
IMO what we really need is more anti-aggro minions like zombie chow, mistress of mixtures and deathlord. Then warrior will lose a lot of the edge they get from FWA, and other non-reno control decks will be more playable.
