I want to play enrage warrior but for me to that i need risky skipper and thats in chapter 3. Now for a somehat returning player saving this much amount of gold + saving enought for card packs is insane. I dont want to spend 20 euro for just 1 rare card.
Yikes who said free, would be really nice if you can CRAFT them with the fucking dust you made. If blizzard thinks this is the way to go sorry to say but it aint it . Guess someone is salty he bought the dumb adventure

Yeah agreed, it would be nice if they would tell you beforehand that there was going to be an adventure, so you could save some gold for the guaranteed cards
Idk mate but for f2p player saving a decent amount of gold for packs that will take more than a month and then having to save up 700 for chapter is pretty insane. Seems pretty retarded if you ask me, atleast make the adventures cheaper, not be 700 for 1 chapter or if you could craft the cards to cost as you were crafting them golden idk. Lets say you have taken 2-3 month brake from HS and you return 20 days till the next expansion how can you save soo much gold
I fucking hate when there's some random f2p player complaining when they have to buy something. Like holy shit they have to make money somehow. I'm guessing OP is 13 or so cuz a normal adult can see this

Preach. Blizzard just gave a whole class that dominates the meta right now for free, yet they want more. I may not agree with a lot of things Blizzard does, but at least I'm adult enough to know that this is a business venture, not a charity.
Screw it. Let's make more unreasonable requests. I wish Blizzard would let us dust all the free uncraftable stuff they have given us over the years. #mycardsmychoice.

Some people don't solely play this game to have a high wr deck, but a fun deck.
I'm not in the situation currently to purchase this adventure so I'll have to do without, but I'd love to have been able to have access to some of the cards from the adventure. Maybe they'll allow this when the expansion would go into wild?

Agreed.. even if they charge double the dust. Next time buy the damn adventure.

Truly obnoxious replies. I would expect nothing less from this community
There is nothing wrong with wanting or being able to craft individual cards from adventures. The only reason it’s not allowed is so you are forced to spend more money on the entire adventure.
I’m kinda sick of hearing the “they have to make money somehow” argument as if they don’t release three huge sets every year that require $150 or more investment just to get SOME of the cards. If you really think Blizzard needs to make more money off adventures than you are just an idiot. After a set period of time from adventure release, you should be allowed to craft the individual cards. This way people who want the adventure can buy it and play it immediately and Blizzard can make a profit from it. After a while, the cards should become available to craft.
If you are not willing yo pay the price (gold or money) of the adventure, wait until it rotates (April 2021). Presumably the cards will be crafteable in wild. You have another decks and classes too btw
If you finish your quest every time, it's not too difficult to get 100 gold daily in total, that way you can get each chapter of an adventure within the span of time between chapters.
And if that's too difficult, quests are at bare minimum 50 gold, and the adventure gets released over 28 days, so thats 1400 gold while the adventure is being released, the other 1400 you'd have to grind yourself, which would take another 28 days. So 56 days if you don't win any games or get any quests above 50 gold.
That's 2 months, aka half the time of a single expansion being live (assuming the regular 4 months between expansions).
It's not that difficult. Galakronds awakening came out january 21st. Ashes of outland came out april 7. If you saved like, less than half of the gold in between those releases you'd have the whole thing by now.
Adventures are a lot better for f2p players than expansions because of the certainty. 2800 gold nets you 2 legendaries in this case. 28 packs would on average get you 1 or 1,5, but 0 if you're really unlucky.

No what's obnoxious is people wanting their cake and eating it too. Even developing adventures costs Blizzard money in man hours idiot. If people wanna be F2P, more power to them. I don't begrudge them. I will however begrudge the fact they want to be on an even keel with players who do in fact spend money for the product. But that's the welfare mentality of society today. Gimme, gimme, share the wealth even though F2P contributes nothing to the games future development.
If a person doesn't want to pony up for an adventure, fine. Wait for rotation and craft it in Wild. If you want it now, pay for the privilege like the rest of us. People act like holding a job is hard. I've been working since I was 10 to buy the things my mom couldn't buy me herself.

It's funny with another adventure right around the corner. The OP is complaining about the last expansions being locked.
2 months isn't really that long a time in a F2P card game. And to be a competitive F2P player you either have to have been here since day 1 release, or pick one or 2 competitive decks/classes you want to play and farm those decks. If you try to get everything you will be let down. Even players who spend money on HS have missing legendaries/epics.
I've been playing since day 1 myself. I only have 2 golden highlander decks and up until 2 expansions ago I was missing vanilla Deathwing.
OP most decks can have a variance of cards, you either submit or grind. Thus is the life of F2P.
I agree, I recently had to cave just for 2 cards(Amazing Reno and Risky Skipper)... bought the whole boring expansion for 2 cards.. Rather unfair. Had to spend over an hour just to get to play with them too, its really bad business all around.
Well said and seconded. If you're boneheaded enough not to see that ActiBlizz is a giant evil corperation whose sole purpose is to make money and would monetize their own Mothers if they could then more fool you. Except for a tiny few skilled or long time players, F2P is the hook not the reality. I enjoy HS and don't really spend money on other games anymore so I made peace with our corporate overlords, but I am under no illusion that they're not, and never will be, in it for us. Infact, I'm suprised with just how generous they actually have been in the last 3 months.
It's just more essential cards behind a paywall. There was more free stuff in the last couple of months aye, but Blizzard compensated by releasing an adventure you have to buy unless you want to play without these essential cards.
If you pay for it with ingame gold you can buy less packs for the next expansion. Furthermore the adventure was released before the rotation, thus reducing its value because the cards will only be playable for about a year.
You can criticise this or criticise the f2p players who don't want to pay Blizzard money for being able to play a deck.
Both is absolutely legit. I don't get why there is so much hate on this forum.

go cry in a corner somewhere... just try and not use the stiff socks to dry your eyes!

The point of the adventure is for extra singleplayer content, not to have a mini expansion that discourages F2Players.
