Old: Deathrattle minions you play cost (3) less, but die at end of turn. (Cost can't be reduced below 1.) → New: Deathrattle minions you play cost (3) less, but die at end of turn.
Worth mentioning that there will be a full Dust refund on these for Standart players, who dont keep cards that rotate out, as well, so don't dust them until the beginning of "Year of the Phoenix".

They didn't revert giggling inventor back to the original 5 mana, do you think they were too afraid of its impact in odd paladin or something, or was it just too strong in general at 5?

Too strong just like Raza and Yogg. Sigh I hope Blizz nerfs them again when they see how it breaks wild.

Are you sure?
Remember that these are buffs not nerfs.
Raza was fine as it was. Don't really care about the other changes.
....my bad xD
I'm not fond of the Raza change, it was enabling one of the most hated decks ever but i guess it's fine now because it's in Wild sigh

Blizz will need to renerf Raza when he breaks wild.
He will break wild and need to be nerfed back to 1hp.
