Way early to even start thinking about this being we are 7 months away still. you listed three cards that, not you, but streamers have been talking about.
Do you even know why they believe they should be hall of famed? Do you have any thoughts about it on your own?
My thoughts exactly when I see that type of threads
i really hope that Brawl will be HoFed before the new expansion release, it's a really rng-based stupid card and there's more intelligent ways to design a card that punish the opponent for over extending.
Everyone here talking about leeroy, but as far as charge goes, stonetusk boar continues to be the main problem, allowing weird but consistent combos an thus becoming a design restriction for future expansions.

Why does everyone hate control warrior so much? If he loses brawl, control warrior will be dead in standard unless Blizz reprints a card similar to brawl. Just bump the cost of brawl to 6 mana, that's huge vs. aggro because you'll take 10+ extra damage.

Brawl doesn't respect the health or number of opponent minions. Plus it gives CW a "Hail Mary" removal when it sticks one of its chit minions and proceeds to win the brawl.
Control Warrior should be nothing more than a counter deck if the meta game is filled with aggro. It's not supposed to be a Tier 1 deck that just beats practically everything. And it has been for several expansions in a row.
It would really be best for the archetype to completely die.
Mountain giant can be seen as a problem because if you have a good draw at the start of the game or enemy doesn’t have any strong tempo, you can play him on like turn 4 just because you got lucky. The situation is even worse if you get to go second and get the extra card AND coin. So it is just the rng that can sometimes make this card feel dumb. Other than that, I feel like it is ok

A full board clear that's not even damage-based for 5 mana ... that's just absurd.
If they replaced it with something like Sleep with the Fishes, it would be much healthier for the game.

sea giant 12 mana /10 mana cost 1 less for each friendly minion and friendly minion that died this turn.
mc tech: if your opponent has 3 more minions than you take control of one at random.
if they nerf cleric to 2 mana they kill the priest.
vanish 3 mana your hero gains stealth for 1 turn, draw a card
sap : turn enemy minion dormant for 1 turn. it keeps all enchantments. silence isn't class identity
assassin blade: lifesteal. cant attack heroes unless its the only target.
rogue problem with weapons is that they are part of class identity and rogue should be using them as removal tools. i would like to see this style getting some support
everyfin is awesome 10 mana
unite the Murlocks play 10 murlocks/summon 15 murlocks
fire plume heart play 9 taunt minions
shadowform: if alredy in shadowform deal 3 lifesteal
freezing trap: it costs 2 more but no more than 1
mind games 3 mana
tekahn: your lackeys and imps are now 4/4 for rest of the game
Druid: Savage Roar - The "lack" of decent board clear compared to how easy it is to fill a board, even +2 damage on everyone including your hero is a bit much
Mage: Counterspell eh... this is a bit of a reach tbh, but... if your deck only has high cost spells and you went first so you don't have coin... there's no play around to essentially stopping some major cards or costing you a turn because your only play was a high cost card
Paladin: Blessing of Kings .... it's almost like the Northshire Cleric having 32 hp by turn 4 and just waiting on one more combo piece for lethal... except, not quite as strong and adds straight damage.
Rogue: Shadowstep Another card I don't really have an excuse for.. just, it's annoying and I don't like, but since I offered to do at least one card from each class ... this would be my vote for rogue

hof: divine spirit, mountain giant, counterspell

jaraxus: sets you to 15 but you can heal to 30
murloc tidecaller :2 mana
blood imp, lorewalker cho, nat pagle, alarmo bot - +1 attack
For Shits&Giggles can we do one from each class?
Druid: Savage Roar - The "lack" of decent board clear compared to how easy it is to fill a board, even +2 damage on everyone including your hero is a bit much
Hunter: Deadly Shot - very often used as a 3 mana Assassinate, so, balanced.
Mage: Counterspell eh... this is a bit of a reach tbh, but... if your deck only has high cost spells and you went first so you don't have coin... there's no play around to essentially stopping some major cards or costing you a turn because your only play was a high cost card

Priest: Divine Spirit fuck you
Rogue: Shadowstep Another card I don't really have an excuse for.. just, it's annoying and I don't like, but since I offered to do at least one card from each class ... this would be my vote for rogue
Shaman: Bloodlust .. it's just Savage Roar just +1 cancer
Warlock: Plot Twist ... Outside of needing it to heal with Aranasi Broodmother ... I don't see how this fits the warlock image..
Warrior: Omega Devastator ... 4 mana Assassinate + adds a 4/5 on the board,
Neutral: Leeroy Jenkins ... this card should have been gone long ago...
Bonus: Keyword: ... Magnetic ... Throw the entire set away.
