The problem is they don't fuck over warrior, but other weaker classes. Vanish was a key board clear and Mind Blast is a decent close. Not sure any of these were needed. SOME of the new cards look decent, but they should be given to us, or at least 1 of the legendaries for this imo.
Removing Vanish after the other recent rogue changes is a pretty big blow to the rogue class.
People spouting how it affects only pogo rogue are being too shortsighted. New builds pop up all the time that incorporate class cards. Things come in to and fall out of favor every week. Vanish isn't popular NOW, but it is an invaluable card for the class, and is the only truly effective tool rogues have against big boards.
The last two months feel very much like Blizzard is intentionally putting the hurt on the rogue class.

They could be just trying to change the design space of the Rogue Identity by removing certain cards they consider to be a problem. I know I will wait to see how the remaining expansions impact these Nerfs and HoF decisions before jumping to conclusions.
Or maybe you're onto something here; they are deliberately sabotaging their own product and livelihoods... makes total sense now that I typed it out. lol.

I don't think that hurting the rogue class is going to hurt their bottom line, per se, but it will definitely drive players to other classes.

Unless you know all the cards that will be printed for the remainder of this year I don't think you can substantiate your claim.
I completely agree. Messing with the classic set is my biggest pet peeve. They are slowly ruining the game for me personally. Nobody even asked for this what the literal fuck are they doing nowadays? They have become really unpredictable and chaotic and that is not a good thing imho.
What would be nice is if you told us why you think so. Why is it going to ruin Hearthstone. Which cards? New cards? Cards going into the HoF? Easy to say "heartstone will die" for the bajillionth time but better to actually write a thought out post to back up your statement.
It's a silly topic that really can't be substantiated whether or not these changes will be for the worse because no one on Hearthpwn knows what cards will be included in the next 2 expansions of this year. Only in hindsight will we have more informed opinions, all the negativity in this topic is purely conjecture, nothing more.
Mind Blast should have already been nerfed to 3 mana to limit its combo potential; a rotation to wild solves its potential issues in Standard, at least.
Plaguebringer is honestly just a better card than Vanish after the Prep nerf, minus niche situations like a board full of Soul of the Forest/Murloc minions that can be fit back into the opponent’s hand without triggering the DRs.

It's not about sabotage, it's about weakening a set that is low on revenue to push the focus on newer sets to sell more packs. Like it's clear you're simply a Blizzard apologist, but at least know a basic amount of info on the subject before you try to personally bash people for opinions that actually had thought put into them.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Sure, call me an apologist because I will wait to see the next expansion before deciding if the Nerfs and HoF are "ruining the game." You aren't in a position to be taken seriously as an "authority" on Blizzards financial sales. Why don't you substantiate your claim that Rise of Shadows is low on revenue? Talk about ignorance...
all the new card look very shit
Right. As you can tell by the millions of people that still play (and support) the game :p
"There is no spoon"
that's the point.
Basic/Classic is unbalanced in terms of 2019's balance philosophy. That's the whole reason for the HOF.

Why this title. The new cards are a total garbage, nobody will play them.
That's intended, the cards represent the class identity but are supposed to be upgraded when you open packs.
Not a huge fan of the warlock card, it's just a worse Stormwind Champion and doesn't really represent the warlock class.
Gift of the wild is borderline very good. Righteousness is not bad when you have 6+ minions, it's well worth the mana cost with a full board.
Plaguebringer is perfect class identity and pretty good for tempo vs control. Radiance is basic anti aggro, priest can use that.
The neutrals are trash whatever, except Brightwing which is really good.
Back to wild I guess... Oh wait, I never left!

No Mountain and Sea Giant to the HoF sucks.
