Firstly i want to say sorry for my English) I will improve it, i swear. So now I can say, that I really hate them. Yes, i do not like hard combo decks as well.
It is just a game, and i want to have fun, playing it, i want to play stupid, but fun decks, i want to play something like strange combos, that are not gamebreakin. But when i'm starting playing i face only agro and inner fire priests. Most often - agro odd mage, agro hunter with (give you a chance to win even after midgame) DK, heal zoo and some agroo druids. I do not have enough board clears, so i am lossing my hp and finaly i'm lossing by turn 7. Also my opponents BMing me in 7 out of 10 games, that makes me more angry.
I do not like how the game (but really to say - players) has changed after copydeck code. Now people are not lazy to copy card by card, so they are playing tier decks. I remember, how i was playing at rank 15-10 with some jinny deck 2 years ago. There were so much cool players, playing fun decks. And what is now? Even on rank 25 you are facing tier decks, but played by bad plyers.
BUT THE MOST THING, THAT I HATE - is farming gold in casual. That type of persons deserve somethin bad IRL. They just want to get 100gold per day, so they go to casual, where they can find someone playing easybeatable deck, so they farm. I have played 10 games today in casual. And only 2 were not agro. They were playing Wilfred Wizbang decks. Others - 2 odd agro mage(why not control? it is way more coller deck), 1 healzoo, 2 hunters, 1 druid and 2 odd paly with perfect topdeck turn 1 1mana summon 2 recruits.
I'm looking to the rotaition, where i will be able to build fun control deck to play and win. And the last one thing. When the rotation will come, people, playing agro will copy some new agro decks to beat people testing new cards. Wish you to be hardly countered, my dear brainless kids.
When I play my homebrews and see that my deck is annihilated by aggro again and again, I say myself "Well, I need to change my deck to be better against those."
For most of "I just want to play fun decks!" people this is more like - they see that their deck is annihilated by aggro again and again, they say themselves "I can't play my deck because of that aggro cancer! I should go to internet and complain about those braindead opponents"

Many of you have never really tried to homebrew , right? I tried to play control shaman with Krag'wa and Zentimo but I am getting rected by the most cancerous deck ever, Odd Paladin, and the "midrange" hunter, which is actually aggro. Same with other homebrew decks, but well fun is not allowed, only netdecking.
What irritates me most is not losing against an aggro deck that kills me turn 5-6 , but playing against an abomination like Odd warrior that was created to counter the aggro decks, or similar, ultra defensive decks, that were created to fight against these "brainless" decks.
I would like a meta where these decks would be TOP tier (tier 1 and 2):
Hunter: (Mech, Emeriss)
Warrior: (Rush, Mech, Dragon)
Paladin: (Handbuff, Dragon)
Priest: (Steal/Talanji)
Rogue: (Spirit of the Shark/battlecry, Thief Tessespionage)
Warlock: (Handbuff/Hireek, Disrupt/Discard)
Druid: (Token, Beast, Spell-with new cards)
Mage: (Minion based/Luna's Pocket Galaxy, Small Spell mage)
Shaman: (Midrange, Control)
I guess I am a fool, and this will never happen, but one can only dream
Aggro can be annoying to lose to, especially if you draw poorly or your deck doesn't have the tools to beat it, but it's an important part of the hearthstone ecosystem. Without aggressive decks, the most disgusting, solitaire-style combo decks like Gallery Priest and Mecha'thun would rule the meta.
Just this^
We need good aggro decks to keep the game healthy. Without aggro, decks like Mill Rogue/Otk would run rampant and control would cease to exist.
Let me ask you a question, WHY do you like aggro? Don't you know how to play this game? Is aggro your only way to get a win? winning on turn 3-4 dosn't prov anything. I LOVE thos 30 min matches control vs control. You need skill and deckbuilding skills. Wheres the fun when the opponent can't do anything?
Personally it's not fundamentaly aggro that I hate, but I hate decks that are not interactive, very polarised, gives you no chance to win whatever you do, forces you to play tier 1 decks and prevent you from playing the style of decks that you like.
My favorite types of deck are Reno decks, and I also loved an elemental deck of Savjz https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1141611-elemental-quest-mage I played it a tone even I couldn't climb up very high with it. I like decks with a big decision tree, where all games are different (so I love discover, get a random thing, Reno decks also give more variety), where the thing you do go crescendo in power, where you can have really cool stuff happening but not every games like resurect Priest.
100% with you on that one! Same for me. Aggro equals braindead, 99% of the time. That's what I hate about it.
The only people who complain about aggro are the ones who stick a bunch of removal and a bunch of 8 drops into their decks, then when they draw their 8 drops instead of removal they rage and call aggro players brainless. They are the same people who draw all they removal against a combo deck and lose to a combo or infinite value, rage then come to the forums complaining about combo decks. I call such people Control Elitists, they think they are superior to any other player not playing control and think control decks are much harder to play than other decks, which is not the case. You can find some of them in this thread too.
I don't mind any playstyle as long as it does not turn unhealthy. Aggro can become unhealthy when it becomes too fast and can threaten lethal on turns 3 or 4 such as old pirate warrior. OTK becomes unhealthy when it becomes too consistent. All playstyles are important to the meta as long as they do not become too powerful.

Bring back the Value game!! Reno decks <3
1) You may be surprised, but some players are... versatile and can actually play different types of deck 2) Short games don't mean they need less skill to win. Less decisions mean that every decision is more important and that means that skill matters more, not less. 3) Winning a control vs control match is easy if you are far more greedy (read worse against aggro). There are no skill in such games. Like zero. You must be one of that geniuses who emotes "well played" after dropping archbishop benedictus in control vs control game

Your dream is very simple: I want some magic to make my bad decks good and win without effort. I think that is you who never tried to homebrew. I mean try one version of the deck after another, switch cards, change strategies, not throw a bunch of cards together in 10 minutes and expect to easily beat decks made by top players
Nah, I only 'hate' aggro when it's overly strong and meta defining, just because I hate queueing up, just to lose to....lets say a pirate warrior with a godhand on turn 4. Hearthstone doesn't feel like much of a game when that stuff happens - more like a punishment.

Well, most control decks don't work that way. Take control warrior for example. It runs literally zero high-cost greedy cards. To me the control versus control matchup is always the most interesting ones, cause you have to think about what is both players' win condition and how to maximize your chance of getting it and reducing their chances. Similar can be said about midrange decks, because you have to balance tempo and value and make a lot of meaningful decisions in game. The reason people hate aggro and combo decks is that most games are decided by draw order, or several particular cards / RNG.
I don't hate aggro decks in general, just CANCEROUS ones. And by cancerous aggro decks I mean those decks that dictate the meta in a bad way just because they are totally broken. Of course, cancerous aggro decks are much worse than cancerous ones of any other type, just because they make the game totally unplayable and unfun for many of us thanks to the fact matches against them last 5 minutes at the most (even if you play with decks to hard-counter them). :(
Is more the player who is behind the deck than the deck by itself, sure as a greedy player i can accept when i lost because my oppoenet had a fulminant opener when i got no answers for it, (i even lost with decent asnwers drawn), but, after 2 days of "moshroom powaaaaah" consistently on turn 4-5 i start to feel annoyed, it feels your opponent have always the perfect push card in its hand, and worst than it he or she will remaind you that by doing bm, i lost the count of leeroy topdecks where my opponent keeps it's entire turn "wow", "incredible", "incredible" "wow" "well played", "thank you" "well played" before he plays the freaking charger and kills me.
Sure aggro players are not the only ones who do that, but thats why i said my real hate is not to the decks but the players, a lot of them just act like they are better than you because they won going face, and a part of them does that because you are playing an slower deck and they feel good by "punishing" you

This is so true
I have nothing against aggro like now, I hate aggro like Pirate Warrior or Face Huntet

I'd rather lose to aggro then this OTK piece of shit.
There's a reason I prefer playing aggro and midrange: I want to be able to kill control and combo players before they can pull off their shenanigans.

aggro is fine.
midrange is cool.
OTK is really bad for the game.
I love agro, tempo decks. Fast game and need a brain if you draw bad muligan.
And i hate those cotrol decks. What a fun play one match 30 min? It's time wasting.
Plus board clear or removal every turn!
cause i have my greedy cards, let me enjoy them as you enjoy playing fast
