I just wanted to know if anyone has found out if we are getting any nerfs or changes to cards in the upcoming rotation. its almost april and we are basically 2 week away from the set being released and we have yet to find out what cards they are going to change. Id be shocked if they arent changing anything and leave the way things are.
I did a little research and found this article right here https://news.blizzard.com/en-us/hearthstone/21534739/the-year-of-the-raven-soars-ahead from a couple weeks ago. I don't know if its official or not but it could possibly hint at some new changes. Is this the sort of news/changes you were hoping to find? I don't know it could just be speculation for the new rotation since you were wondering if there were any upcoming changes for the new rotation. Looks like they're going to be changing 3 cards.

I'm not sure about nerfs, only that certain cards are going away tho instead of being nerfed.
they did nerfs last year with the intent of having things change, it would be stupid to leave things they way they are.
What exactly needs changed? Maybe warlock cards, but the meta right now is extremely good, there is a lot of variety on ladder and in tournaments. It would strike me as dumb to decide that changes need to be made when the meta is currently good, and when so much is changing with the next set. There will almost certainly be something that gets nerfed about a month after the next set releases, but no sense in trying to figure out what the balance problem is before witchwood comes out.
The only nerfs last year before rotation were Small time Buc and Spirit Claws and that was almost 2 months before, much like this year with Corridor Creeper, Raza, Patches and Bonemare
Not sure if you’re referring to the first year of standard rotation (right before Old Gods released) in which they made several nerfs including Warsong commander.
I doubt any other nerfs are planned until after the meta settles and true problem cards can really be determined.
They have announced cards rotating to Wild (Coldlight Oracle, Molten Giant, Ice Block).
They have very recently nerfed cards (Patches, Raza, Bonemare, Corridor Creeper).
Based on past rotations it is very unlikely anything else changes until some time after the expansion/rotation. The reason being, there will be immediate, big meta changes purely from the rotation so things will most certainly not "leave the way" they are

not true, they nerfed 10 cards before year of the mammoth launched...im talking RIGHT before it was live. the Raza nerf was over 2 months ago which is forever ago. Plus it would be stupid for them not to change any cards cause that would basically make it so decks like Cubelock dont get changed at all cause of rotation.
So I guess you'll end up getting shocked as there will be no upcoming changes. IF warlock ends up being too oppressive with the new meta including Witchwood cards then expect a change after a month or two. Blizz's philosophy will always be to let us play through new acrhtypes and gather data first before deciding on what cards to change.
Chill man! Even if they do change Lackey or OP Warlock cards, there is a deck always bound to be SSGSS+++ tier.
I talked to my buddy Ben, Mike and Dean the same, when we had our little meeting, over there about the game. No, seriously, you are probably talking about the evergreen nerf (patch 5.0.0.12547) in 4/24/2016 that saw 14 cards modified for Year of the Kraken. It was intended to make the basic/classic set playable for the long term. There has not been a nerf anywhere near that since.

They are Hall-of-Faming Coldlight Oracle Ice Block Molten Giant. As for nerfing, there are currently no revealed plans.

They almost certainly won't nerf anything right away. If anything, it'll be 2 months or so into the expansion
I think there will be some info about it on Sunday.
