Stay with Aggro Paladin. Cut Val'anyr for Spellbreaker or Truesilver Champion. The meta is like 8 percent Warlock, you accept those losses(though its still winnable) and move on. THe meta is like 30% Priest, which your deck is good against.
The single best thing you can do to accelerate your climb to legend is start playing very carefully. Work on improving the little mistakes you make.
Beyond that, play a relatively fast deck so you can play a lot of games quickly.
Finally, if the idea going around is correct that matchmaking takes either your class or deck into account to match you against opponents who are predicted to average a 50% win rate against you (and this is far from proven), you might find it helpful to pick a deck with an unusually high skill cap and master it, since such a matchmaking system would best reward people who far exceed average performance with their decks.

Truesilver Champion is not a good replacement. Lower mana cost doesn't make much of a difference, since on turn 4 you're expected to play Call to Arms or Blessing of Kings or some minions at least. Val'anyr is used to deal the final bits of damage to the face. You can easily set it up so that the deathrattle hits Leeroy. Spellbreaker can be put in place of Southsea Captain.
When playing warlocks, try not to go all in, especially if it puts you into range of a good defile (unless you have Divine Favor in hand). Yes, you'll take some losses to them, but you should definitely be able to sneak a few wins from them as there are plenty of times I've drawn both Voidlords before Possessed Lackey can pull them out. Honestly, you should easily be able to hit legend with that deck. Just need to slow down a little bit and think about your plays more carefully. My first time hitting legend was with aggro paladin and I won against a LOT of unfavorable matchups simply because I took more time to think about my plays. And I generally don't have time to grind for legend either. I only got it at the end of the month because I had a 70% win rate. Good luck to you.
Looking at the stats on HSReplay.net, the difference between average, population-wide murloc and aggro paladin win rates is less than half a percent. To put this in perspective, you would need to play at least 40,000 games to be able to see a clear statistical difference between these win rates.
Climbing above rank 5 requires a much higher winrate than the lower ranks because win streaks stop being awarded. It's not surprising for people to be stuck here
There's not much help we can give other than generic "how to be a good player" kind of advice because all you need is simply a higher winrate
Sadly, sticking to a fast and consistent deck is the way to go, especially on your first legend grind. Aggro Paladin/Tempo rogue are both really good and you can tech in a Spellbreaker or two if you're seeing a lot of Warlocks. Stick with it and don't switch decks too much. Be careful with your mulligan and take your time.
That's my advice.

I made it to rank 5 with this aggro paladin here:
# 2x (1) Acherus Veteran
# 2x (1) Argent Squire
# 2x (1) Lost in the Jungle
# 1x (1) Patches the Pirate
# 2x (1) Righteous Protector
# 2x (1) Southsea Deckhand
# 2x (2) Dire Wolf Alpha
# 2x (2) Knife Juggler
# 2x (3) Divine Favor
# 2x (3) Rallying Blade
# 1x (3) Southsea Captain
# 1x (3) Unidentified Maul
# 2x (4) Blessing of Kings
# 2x (4) Call to Arms
# 1x (5) Leeroy Jenkins
# 1x (6) Sunkeeper Tarim
# 1x (6) Val'anyr
# 2x (7) Corridor Creeper
But now i'm stuck at rank 5, I lose mostly to Warlock and mage because AoE. Should I use a different deck or do changes to my current deck?
These are the decks I have:
1. Tempo Rogue (all cards)
2. Secret Mage (all cards)
3. Rin/Control Warlock (all cards)
4. Cubelock (missing prince 3 and Umbra)
5. Highlander Priest (all cards)
What would be the best deck to use in this meta? Any legend players here?

Your banner makes me uncomfortable

Ready for action!
I've heard that Murloc pally is better nowadays. Any thoughts?
