I was playing arena, all cool as usual and then my opponent plays a card, but it never lands on the board. It started floating over his hero and stayed there untill I lost. There was no rope, my turn never came, I couldn't do anything about it other than forfeit the game.
What am I supposed to do in those situations? I'm sure it also happens to you guys from time to time. I tried quiting Hearthstone before and re-entering the game, but HS just considers it leaving and gives me a loss. I tried waiting, but nothing happens. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting my device to wi-fi, but it doesn't react in any way or it shows me the "playful sprites" screen sometimes.
So what would be the correct behaviour that would let me finish the game?
If you are quitting HS by picking the menu, and hten "quit", that is the same as conceding. But, if you alt-f4 to kill it, or kill it using task manager, it's not conceding. I don't know if restarting the client in this way will fix the bug you are seeing, but it's at least worth a shot.
