Other comments have mentioned/joked that the English is poorly written (see InnocentKitten and GnammyH) and gotten the most upvotes. Granted, there are a lot of Hearthstone cards that don't make sense out of context (e.g. to a new player seeing this for the first time)

This is just better Tinker's Sharpsword Oil. Not only is it 3 mana cheaper for only 1 less attack, its also not a combo and you get to choose which minion to use it on. 

i know its corrupt, but c'mon!, its one mana!  i can't even imagine a situation where this would not be corrupted before you would want to play it.

The wording is confusing. Given the mana cost it's safe to assume that the corrupt part applies to the weapon (not giving the weapon's stats to a minion).

Cool flavour. The English in the text is broken, just like the card.

For Rogue, it's a deadly poison that also gives a minion 2 attack.  Pretty good.  Also note you HAVE to have a minion out as a target to even play it though, so there is some downside.

For Warrior, it's far more interesting as they never really had this kind of weapon buffing.  We'll have to see how they can use it.

Well blade flurry is still unplayable. You should rather worry about stealth rouge getting more burst

Tinker's Sharpsword Oil was good, this will be too. Kingsbane rogue in wild will likely run it.
