One of the greatest things about WoW is the auction house. If you ever need anything at all, it's at your fingertips....for a price. One thing this game has been sorely lacking is a way to trade cards. Now it shouldn't be where you trade cards for gold or dust as there is already a decent system in place, but for other cards. Say you own a Tirion and just opened a golden Tirion, you could put your regular Tirion on the market and request an Archmage Antonidas in exchange(just one example). This would be a great system as players who have duplicates of legendaries or simply wanted to trade down a legendary for rares/epics could do so. It would also be a great way for players to get certain gold cards without having to spend obscene amounts of dust.
These examples showcase trading an unwanted legendary for key components of other deck archetypes. The beauty of it would be that you wouldn't be able to be too greedy with your requests or no one would trade with you, thus keeping the market fair.
In your own example you could currently disenchant the Golden Tirion to craft an Antonidas and you can dust a legendary to craft any Epic you want.
If Blizzard did do an Auction House I would think they would do it with Gold since then people might be encouraged to buy more Gold. I think allowing people to get more for their unwanted cards than they currently can (for example right now an unwanted legendary only gets you 400 dust) would lower the amount of money Blizzard makes.
It's a great idea but we're talking about Blizzard, they just made the packs a bit more expansive for EU and this auction means they're going to lose money so it's not going to happen but I would love to see an auction house/market/trade system.
P.S:Maybe an auction house for wild cards?since they're not in shop Blizzard won't lose money with that.
The game has no trading option for a clear reason: third part sellers. If you implement such a feature in no time you'll be flooded with that. Blizzard wants to be the only one gaining from in-game actions.
Blizzard has done such a thing in Diablo 3 and the AH was one of its main flaw: ridicolous prices, bots spamming all day (because if you wanna trade, you'll need to let the players speak to each others as well) and on like that.
I have my doubts, as right now people open a lot of packs to get what they need whereas if you could trade like a kalimos for a marsh queen rather than having to dust 4 legendaries to get a legendary you need profits would drop drastically.
It wont ever happen. Blizzard weighed its options ahead of time and decided this is how the structure of their game would work. Blizzard has no reason to come up with alternatives like this.

Some other examples of trade requests could be:
Unite the Murlocs on the market for Preparation x 2 and Gadgetzan Ferryman x 2
Kalimos, Primal Lord on the market for Arcane Giant x 2 and Molten Reflection x 2

Just a thought, let me know what you think!

Secondary markets destroy card games.

It'll simple become horrible. So, no thanks.
For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?

That's Incredible!
So you want the game to be more p2w.

Auction House works well in WoW because it has an economy. Supply and Demand. The way the item is obtained has variety of factors. They're consumed.
Hearthstone is a collecting card game.
its called a ccg not a tcg for that particular reason ..and no i dont think they will implement this in the game like ''ever''
Yea, and they should also make the arena free and give you 5k dust every day for logging in.
Blizzard wants to make money, so there will never been an auction house.
