For everyone who's looking to beat Heroic Construct Quarter bosses and spare some of the pain (a lot, actually, I'm going to have nightmares with Patchwerk and Grobb just destroying my face repeatedly), here you will find the decks that I used to beat all the bosses on Construct Quarter heroic.
A variation of the popular Shockadin deck. You need to keep the Ooze for his weapon and pray he doesn't get it too soon or in a critical turn. Kill stuff with equality and abuse his Unstable Ghoul and Zombie Chows.
I guess you should just keep trying, sometimes you don't need to get all the draws to actually do your combo and Acolyte draws you 2 cards automatically each turn too. Just get Bloodmage Thalnos or Dalaran Mage and try it out.
My friend beat him with a Priest deck using Inner Fire, Divine Spirit and some removal. You just need to be really careful about his hero power. I still think that Miracle is pretty decent.
I decided that I had to beat Patchwerk down with his own axe, so I played Priest with 2 mind vision, 2 ooze, and a bunch of cheap taunt, lifegain stuff, and so on. Fun!
For Grobulus, Gurubashi Berserker plus healing is pretty bomby.
I took Thad down with a handlock (variant with Jaraxxus, probably not very standard); was lucky enough to have a soulfire in hand to take down the 7/4.
I ended up going for a Windfury / Murloc double-threat shaman vs. Patchwerk. It took a few tries to figure out which cards were most worth keeping in the opening hand, but it was a very satisfying win.
I wanted to pull of tomscud's approach (it really does seem perfect), but by the time I got the weapon I was too far behind on life to win the race.

Heroic Patchwerk
Freeze him. Over and over. Each secret buys you an extra turn. Ping your Scientist or give him taunt.
Heroic Grobbulus
Pretty standard Miracle. Feel free to run VanCleef if you want him. Just play Miracle like you're used to.
Heroic Gluth
A variation of the popular Shockadin deck. You need to keep the Ooze for his weapon and pray he doesn't get it too soon or in a critical turn. Kill stuff with equality and abuse his Unstable Ghoul and Zombie Chows.
Heroic Thaddius
A pretty similar deck to the last one. Nerubian Egg is also pretty good.
Do leave feedback on this thread and I'll try to assist people on getting their kills as well.

I only have 1 x preparation, cant get miracle to work on Grob HC with only 1. Any suggestions?
Omar Little: "Look man, I do what I can do to help y'all. But the game is out there, and it's either play or get played."

I'm skeptical on Miracle for Grob- 45hp is huge difference and you're on a much tighter clock...
Earthen Ring helps a lot, also you'll draw a couple cards out of enemy Dancing Swords and you can abuse Assassin's Blade dmg, I guess.
The thing is mostly not giving him slimes and you can Sap stuff he buffs.
