Looks quite good, but I'm unsure how good Ysiel is in the deck. You often ramp up to 10 mana quite fast and often you don't need to play 2 big spells at the same time. I think it would only be good if you need to starfall and then oasis. And there aren't really any good targets for germination in the deck other than surger or a minion created by either Phaoris or Ysera so it will most likely be a dead card in your hand. If any other good cards are revealed that suits the deck better than replace them, otherwise it looks solid.
It's good but I think it's too greedy with Ysiel and Phaoris. I think one copy of Germination will be better and obviously no Innervate with the removal of Ysiel. Steel Beetle is debatable, but probably a good call I think.
Cenarius, Ysiel, Archspore, Ysera AND Phaoris is too lategame-heavy, I think. Keep in mind that there's no Ferocious Howl anymore, and you might need Overflow to stay alive. Then again, with most of your minions costing 5 or more, Imprisoned Satyr could be good enough.
I don't think Ysiel is really necessary and unlikely to work in this deck. Every spell costs 1, including Innervate. The only way to play more than one spell with her is Nourish, and in the best case scenario, you'd draw a Starfall or a Hidden Oasis, which seems rather unlikely to me, and feels more like a fabricated problem that she needs to solve: You have too much lategame, so you need a crazy swing with her to stay alive. Also, with the spells discounted, I'm not even sure if Anubisath Defender would activate.
In addition, I'd cut either Phaoris or Ysera. Archspore is probably a worthwhile addition, since the initial minion is just ok and gives you something that can be played early, while the prime version is also solid and can be played unconditionally, while Cenarius is alright on his own and better if something's on the board. Ysera and Phaoris can be tricky to play though. I'd probably go with Ysera. Her effect is similar to Phaoris with a delay, she's less of a "all in" card against control decks, and she doesn't need a specific hand either.
Not sure about Germination. Maybe wait and see what other cards get revealed.
This deck doesn't have enough reasonable value from King Phaoris to play him.
Ysiel basicaly sinergy only with Nourish, so not worth. (Just think about it... Ysiel+Hidden oasis, which is second best scenario give you 5/5 with ability for next turns for 4 mana. On turn 10 you really expect more.) Yeah with Nourish it is OP card, but can it be enough to play her... Maybe, if meta is so slow. But even than i would more expect people to play infinite quest druid over Ysiel druid.
+Swipe is in quest druid more like tech card against aggro decks. So i would consider this one to change as well depending to meta.

I'd wait untl all the cards are revealed, there were only 6/10 new Druid cards revealed.

Yeah I'll probably replace germination if some better cards are revealed but if not I'll just try it as is and replace it after trying the deck.

Perhaps -2 Innervate, -1 Ysiel, -1 Germination and +2 Wrath, and the other two slots with unrevealed cards.
I think it looks like a virtual card game, not a solid
Here all week (well, three weeks at least...)
I'll make some changes

Id cut Pharoisis , you need to plöay all the expensive spells anyway Nourish, Starfall, etc.
Its a bad win more card nowadays.
