So I have made a ton of Theorycrafting for The Witchwood. This is the first deck I feel is actually competitive and should be able to beat out Cubelock. If you find or create any decks that you think will be competitive in The Witchwood, (assuming Cubelock is the dominant deck.) Please share them in this thread!
So this deck is made for the leaked card Shudderwock, a 9-mana Legendary minion 6/6 "Battlecry repeat all other Battlecries you played this game (targets chosen randomly)" Is here represented by none other than Mayor Noggenfogger himself. (It's not a confirmed leak yet though)
The combo: the battlecry of Saronite Chain Gang will make it a copy of Shudderwock, Zola the Gorgon will Give you a copy of that copy to your hand. Golden btw :)
Now additionally if you played an elemental last turn Shudderwock will also gain divine shield and Taunt from Tol'vir Stoneshaper and you will gain more elementals to combo with from Fire Fly. (Just make sure to get rid of the Flame Elemental before you play the next Shudderwok!)
Several doubts with that new card and its effect with other battlecries. For example, with Twilight Drake, would a random target win health as the number of cards you have at your hand? And what if you play that new card after an elemental and you played Tol'vir Stoneshaper, would a random target win Taunt and Divine shield? Lot of myths to bust, man
If you intend to beat cubelock, there is no way you can cut Hex. Its the only card that makes the matchup somewhat winable. Also i would run ooze as a tech, synergieses also with your "leaked" thing also i doubt its a card in this set, since only place is shaman legendary, all neutrals have been teased already.
i believe the tol'vir buff would apply to itself ans it isn't targeted but i could be wrong

Oh? Didn't you know? Yogg-Saron, Hope's End never dies, not even when he's moved to wild due to his new cult member and my newest favorite card Toki, Time Tinker!

It is a Legendary according to the reveal, once again "Shudderwok is a 9-mana Legendary minion 6/6 "Battlecry repeat all other Battlecries you played this game (targets chosen randomly)""

Yeah it could run another hex indeed, I was on the line that this decks lategame is just better so it wouldn't actually be needed but perhaps that is foolish thinking :)

No man, only targeted battlecries would be random. The randomness is only legal targets if yogg is anything to go on at least.
The OTK combo you are setting up gets around voidlords but you have little defence against an army of cubed doomguards. If you are really trying to beat cubelock specifically you'll need some earthshocks and the extra hex. However you care going to weaken yourself against most other decks to make this happen.
You want to beat cubelock and you're running 1 hex and 0 silence? Good luck with that
Yeah, I think it could! but perhaps not? If needed you could just add another hex, it's the general archetype that should be able to beat out Cubelock. This list is optimized to try and beat aggro decks as well but it might not be a fully optimized version as I can't actually play with the cards :)

It's not really an OTK. It's infinite Divine shield + taunt 6/6 minions optimally 3/turn. But yeah you are the 3:rd person to mention 2 hexes so I might have been too greedy just running 1 copy!

No Bloodlust? I destroy Cubelocks with a token bloodlust Shaman in standard right now. It's really easy to get within lethal range with all the tapping and what-have-you.

Edit: By popular demand we cut 1 Twilight Drake for second Hex
Edit 2: Added combo description!
Mayor Noggenfogger for memes?
