Oh, this deck has Galakrond, Sethekk Veilweaver and Raise Dead. Doesn't really need any draw.

One thing I will note on though is that both Teron Gorefiend and Mindflayer Kaahrj. have negative synergy with Vectus They do count as deathrattles only that their standard deathrattle does nothing.

Not saying they need to be cut or anything as they are really good cards, just something to consider.

If you are looking for a cycle deck (For an otk or Chef Nomi) you can run the Loot Hoarder package with new cards like Raise Dead and Vectus. Perhaps the Raise Dead makes it possible to run more select early minions making Psychopomp more viable.

Really think there is a decent cycle deck in there for priest, just a bit of tweaking to be done to get the draw engine right. Then it's just figuring out what win condition you want and what defensive options are best for the meta.

I think the deck looks amazing, it's a super smart combo!

As for card replacements I'd probably suggest cutting the Sphere of Sapience for an extra Flame Ward (Or Ice Barrier depending on the meta.) Running 2 secrets with 2 ancient mysteries just seems a little short. Yes I know you can manipulate putting secrets back in the deck with Sphere of Sapience but there are chances that you draw the secrets before the Sphere of Sapience as well.

Spending a draw on the weapon just does not seem to be worth it unless your win condition is dependent on some cards staying in the deck! We are just looking to cycle through our deck so we get our wincondition!

Yes very much so, it's really the only OTK Warrior has atm. The more interesting part however is how to build the path there. It's very hard to balance removal vs draw. Plague of Wrath vs Brawl. Execute vs Shield Slam

What are the right minions to play with Risky Skipper for the Battle Rage and how many should there be? It's all very tricky to get just right. I expect I'm going to have to fiddle with this deck for a while until I arrive at the optimal list :)

Faceless Corruptor nerf is not as big as I expected, its still going to be insanely good

Yes, but don't underestimate 2 extra dmg. It does matter. Druid has Crystal Stag which has a reasonably low requirement on it and does not require a sacrifice of any other minions and it sees almost no play.

Don't get me wrong, I agree it's still a good card and will be run in decks with tokens! It just won't be constructed busted levels good anymore. Just as an example one common power-play was killing a Shield of Galakrond, can't do that and leave a 5/4 anymore. 1-dmg does matter in a lot of situations.

    Quote from JarlBallin >>

Don't get me wrong, any nerfs to Shaman are welcome from me. But people expected a little more from this patch, don't you think?

Sludge Slurper has 1 attack now guys? Damn, it will now be impossible to just ping him or use any cheap spell to remove him /s. Definitely what we've been waiting for, remove the attack of a 1-drop by one.

Corrupt Elementalist will still be extremely valuable, making her cost one more mana to summon two 2-1's with rush AND invoke Galakrond twice(basically, upgrade him) will NOT have as big of an impact as you think.

Mogu Fleshshaper can now be evolved into a 10-drop for F R E E. Nice. While we're at it, how about you nerfing Evolve to 1 mana? Crazy right?!

Shaman Galakrond being easily the most valuable Galakrond, made pretty insane by the extremely easy to complete Shaman quest? Nah,we won't touch any of those. We'll remove the attack of a 1-drop by one.

And don't get me started on Shudderwock. Everything that's wrong with the class starts from this card if you ask me.

First off, it's not really about the value. It's all about the tempo, and all these changes delays shamans power-turns. Especially against aggro!

The fact that I can play 3 or even 4 minions turn 4 without risking getting Mogu evolve is HUGE. I don't care if he does it a turn later, he still has to spend his whole turn 5 to remove 1 minion and make a big dude. I'll just kill him. 10-drops have less taunts than 8-drops.

1/1 instead of 2/1 matters if I'm building a board early. Double invoke being 6-mana is bad tempo against aggro and delays the wolves a lot of the time. It makes the deck so much more vulnerable to aggro. I'll bet you anything that the list as it is now will have a negative winrate against most if not all Tier 1-2 aggro-decks

Hopefully the rise of aggro will counteract a bit of deathrattle Rogue as well :)

I like the Changes, opens up for aggro, delaying Shamans power plays!
Curious to see if more refined aggro-lists can help to suppress the Deathrattle Rogues as well. That deck isn't very fun to play against so I hope that it does!

Glad to see you are going to keep a lookout! Hope you have something in the pipe for my boy Anduin. He's been crying a lot lately and I'm worried about his mental health :)

Anyone else see the change to [card]Mogu Fleshshaper[/card]  increasing its power?

No it does not! Even if the minion might get slightly bigger, aggro decks are just happy it won't come out turn 4 anymore and there's also less minions with immediate board-impact on 10.

As for control decks, if you are forced to have 6 minions on board to get Mogu for cheap you still cant get it off early and you open yourself to AOE.

The fact that it won't come out early prevents a lot of cheese wins as well, It's at least a 5-6% lower winrate to the card Mogu Fleshshaper, which is huge btw!

No that's dumb! Not being able to play this on turn 4 ever is definitely gonna negatively impact Shamans winrate. If they get a good Mogu off on turn 6 with a huge board I can just put more AOE in to counter it.

2 extra mana let's you play around it, it might not even be included anymore. 9 minions on board is very rare and give you options to play around it as a control deck and it being delayed is huge for aggro-decks! If the minion is slightly larger doesn't matter that much.

I actually wished this had like a 4/4 statline so you could play it in aggro decks. Feel like that would be a fun deck to play and play against.

Look at all the new legendaries, this card has the potential to do something pretty busted with every single one of them. Sathrovarr Shu'ma, Valdris Felgorge, Zzeraku the Warped etc they don't all break the game but they all do something pretty good and sometimes you high roll!

posted a message on Arena Changes, Solo Adventure Hints & More - Blizzard Community Q&A

The meta get's very fixated on what's best in each bucket, which changes with each iteration of the bucket system. So if you aren't playing arena all the time it's really hard to know what cards you need to play around and the knowledge get's reset every time they change the buckets. So it kinda feels like the knowledge you just acquired just became useless.
I on the other hand enjoy the feeling of not knowing what to play around as the meta stays fresh, but it does introduce a lot more variance for those expecting to go infinite.

I personally enjoy it and hope it can attract some more arena players whenever the buckets shuffle, that in itself should help out everyone's winrate :)
