I wanted to make a legendary for every class (excluding warlock of course) that replaces your hero because i think it is a cool mechanic, and with the new expansion coming i thought i would make it fit the theme so here is the first "replaceable hero".
Borithor The Blastmage - He is a 0-15 for 9 so he is a jaraxxus without any attack, his hero power is BLAST!!! which deals 3 damage, i was thinking of making it 4 but thought it would be too OP.
plz do leave thoughts and ideas for the other classes "Replaceable hero"
I think in comparison to Jarraxus this is weak, in fact very weak. Jaraxxus has on top of summoning a 6/6 body on the field every turn a 3/8 weapon which in essence is the same as this hero power. Sure your 3 damage can bypass taunts but you, in essence pay 9 Mana to gain the effect of double Shadowform and even one Shadowform itself is already far too slow. Whereas Jaraxxus has the advantage of at least dishing out the first three damage when he is summoned.
This one definitely needs a different Hero power and maybe a weapon or another additional effect.
What about adding a summon 2 Blastmage apprentices, that will act like small Ragnaroses but being 3-3 that deal 3 damage at end of your turn (maybe 4-4 that deal 4 damage) would tahat make it worth playing?
That's probably a bit much. 3-3 or 4-4 are between 3 and 4 Mana worth of stats and an effect like that is worth about 2-3 Mana by itself. So you are immediately summoning an additional 10 to 14 Mana worth of stats onto the field. That might just be too much.
In the first place I would just change the Hero power because 9 Mana for a 3 damage hero power is just overpriced. Maybe if that one was akin to the Ragnaros one or maybe even a split one, like 2 Mana Deal 8 Damage randomly split across all enemy characters.
I think that since Blizzard nerfed the Starving Buzzard, hunters have been in urgent need for a new, balancing class card to be on same line with other classes. Here's my suggestion how to fix our completely nerfed old favourite class with a single, perfectly balanced card.
The problem i see here is people creating Legendary minions replacing the heroes, i accept that on Gul'dan because he works with demons so he somehow exchange his soul with them (Jaraxxus), but i dont see any other heroe doing these kind of things, its unnatural in them.
Since i am really disappointed with Bolvar (beside their attempt to try something new) i made my own with another "creative" effect:
So the idea is that until their commander is alive, the squire keep going in the battle, inspired by him. To be noted that silencing Bolvar does not prevent the squires to resurrect so he needs to be killed. Silencing a squire will avoid him from respawning though(but still not the best use of a silence). Some stats could be tweked of course, but the effect is kinda nice and fits both the character(commander) and the paladin(squire spawning). sorry for the wrong format of images but on my ipad i have many problems with the forum(had to use html format to post) I think is overall balanced as a legendary card(would be situationally op with warsong commander but paladins do not have it) hope you like it :)

I actually quite like the official Bolivar - but as for the self-summoning 1/1, I like yours more than most of the attempts I see. (For one thing, it's a Paladin card, which means it can't step on the Paladin's toes). That said, I would still push the cost of your Bolivar up by 1. A self re-summoning 1/1 is worth more than 1/2 a mana.
Little Ol' Tank is a great early game minion that screams value. If you attack anything with it, it will either trade favorably, or just get Divine Shield. Both are great outcomes. However it itself doesn't spawn with Divine Shield, so it might not be as good later in the game.
Spawn Noise: Try and put a dent in me!
Attack Noise: INVINCIBLE!
Death Noise: I DIDN'T MEAN IT!
Basically Aldor but on steroids. You can swap this minion's attack with an enemy minion, which is basically giving the enemy minion "can't attack". If the enemy doesn't have any high priority targets, this minion isn't that good. Like if you are facing off against zoo, you might expect this guy to turn into a 3/5 and changing an enemy health to 1. Which is honestly pretty good. However, it isn't great when the enemy has nothing on the board.
Spawn Noise: Don't you move a muscle.
Attack Noise: STAY DOWN!
Death Noise: Augh! They got me!
Basically makes any of your weapons super powerful. It even changes a Light's Justice from a measly 1/4 to a 3/5!
However it is still good without a weapon, and it gives you a guaranteed 3/2 weapon.
I could see a 3/2 - Immune while attacking being a 2-mana class card. I have a hard time seeing how 3/2 - gain Divine Shield whenever this minion attacks being anything less than 3-mana.
I like the Ironforge Subduer, but I think it would be more in keeping with Paladin if the base attack was 1 instead of 0.
So basically, a captain's parrot that works for legendaries? Interesting! I like it! But it doesn't help bolvar that much in my opinion. Many people think bolvar ain't that good because of the silence.
But at least, it prevents you from drawing it extremely late in the game. Which might be juust enough to make Bolvar good.
With all them new random cards, I've thought of a card that would reduce all the random effects in the game. One thing led to another and now I have some Naga themed shaman cards:
It's interesting that you wanted to reduce RNG in cards, but decided to create more RNG cards yourself; which will have difficulties to be used with with lady venum tounge in the same turn. It's also a pretty "meh" legendary.
Naga siren is overpowered. consecration/arcane explosion + 3 mana creature is too good, even with overload.

May your nets always be full! 🎣
You forgot the effect: Deathrattle: Summon an exact copy of this minion.
The problem i see here is people creating Legendary minions replacing the heroes, i accept that on Gul'dan because he works with demons so he somehow exchange his soul with them (Jaraxxus), but i dont see any other heroe doing these kind of things, its unnatural in them.
Excuse my english. =)
You forgot, Night of the Hunter: Your opponent randomly breaks the parts of his/her computer.

What Bolvar Fordragon should have been:
Here are my three ideas for Paladin Cards.

Definitely solid.
Maybe that would help Bolvar?
professional pilferers prefer proper preparation

Help me decide how to balance the Kamikaze :-).
I was hoping for Shaman legendary like this.
With all them new random cards, I've thought of a card that would reduce all the random effects in the game.

Your opinion plz.
