Flavor: "We resemble but are legally distinct from the Phantom Lancer." The opponent will see three 3/4s, but only one is real. Hitting a Doppelganger doesn't hurt your minions, but it does waste your attack, hence the 3/4 baseline. Also extra fun with Brann Bronzebeard.
Here is my fun Feast of Winterveil "promotional" card. The effect adds a random card to each player's hand. Additionally, that card's Cost is randomly increased by (1) since you've been naughty! or reduced by (1) sinceyou've been nice.
Notice: Raise Dead can only summon minions died last turn, which is your opponent's turn. If Mr.BIgglesworth dies in your turn, you shouldn't use your hero power or you would die immediately. (How can Kel'thuzad make his love pussy die in his turn! )
In honor of the new Warcraft movie (which was great) and in the spirit of "fun" card design this week. I give you The Book of Medivh.
Yep, a Book.
This card effect takes randomness to the next level, potentially stocking random decks with random spells!
A unique effect would have this card show the random spell (kinda like the Reveal mechanic) to both players and then shuffle it into a random deck. Adding a little more salt to the situation at times.
This card won't find its way into competitive play anytime soon but would definitely fit into a random fun; who knows whats gonna happen kinda deck.
I think this card concept also finds a place in whispers of the old gods expansion with several random spell "cast" cards like Yogg-Saron, Hope's End.
When you play this, you will be given a choice of 3 of 5 possible villains- Jaraxxus, Ragnaros, Nefarian, Rafaam or Kel'thuzad (the last 3 being obtained from their tavern brawl format). Before you start screaming OP, remember - this new villian does not REPLACE your hero, a la Jaraxxus/Executus - it merely DISGUISES your hero as them. In other words, you get the villain's emotes and portrait, but not their hero power or health total. Just a purely fun card for when you want to spice things up a little.
Opening: "Let me tell you a tale..."
Attack: "No interrupting!"
Death: "Everybody's... a critic..."
EDIT: minor changes to flavor text/card explanation.
What fun are jousts without someone being brutally punished on the other side?
Against friends, you can pit your decks against each other and see which deck wins in jousting! In a real match, you can use this in high mana-costed decks to destroy cards from the opponent's deck I guess. I believe it wouldn't affect the game that much - compare it to Fel Reaver.
I might have had a bit too much fun with this one, and made it a bit... over the top? The prophecies and their effects should be fairly obvious. The effects are all pretty cool (I think), and they all give both players plenty of time to react (like prophecies should). I particularly like Prophecy of Famine (Famine = Hunger = Hungry Dragons).

If you got the coin, the Mercenaries get going. Vote for The Mercenary for CCC #3.

So, more than likely, you have a typical 3 mana 3/4 or something, but oh baby, every now and then you get that snazzy 3 mana 6/6. ;)
Here's Hero Kel'thuzad and his Hero Power:

It would be fun^_^
(Oh! I should have used the watermark of NAXX!)

Random is fun, right?
I'm looking for Brann Bronzebeard!
A rare minion in your hand for example, will have a random battlecry effect from all possible rare battlcries.
And the Prophecies:

Why Rogue is my favourite class:
My submission for this week's card design competition.
Entry: "No talking or eating in the library."
Emote: "Silence!"
Attack: "I love reading."
Death: "Peace... at last!"
Basically, it's always in the control of whoevers turn it is. Weird, probably unbalanced, definitely not playable, but definitely fun.
