Easily removed with spells and battlecries, but could be problematic if your opponent does not have an answer at the moment.
I think this card would fit mage strategies. Could be used in combination with Animated Armor to block a lot of damage. Could be used by tempo mage to maintain board control, could be used in freeze mage to protect Doomsayer. Also fits fine thematically if you play as Medivh.
Scrolled through 5 pages and didn't see a single snake familiar, well...here it comes. The idea is that the snake bites whenever her master is harmed.
With Sludge Belcher soon gone in Standard, I want to create a 5 mana card that protects your face. This card doesn't have Taunt, but it still soft-taunt the enemy to attack it due to the risk or having multiple minions destroyed. Against Control deck with fewer, larger minions, strategic use of this card and Hero Power to ping your own face can also ruin your opponent's day.
Enchanted Monkey:(artist: ALRadeck) Poor little bugger who was bewitched by nasty mage to steal bananas from his monkey friends, shame on u Jaina, get your own snack!
We've all played the tutorial, and I've always though Transcendence from the Lorewalker Cho fight had a neat effect. With Medivh's habit of turning into a Raven and flying above and away, this struck me as a good opportunity to introduce it.
The concept is fairly simple: Mages have been experimenting with combining beasts to get the favored attributes of each individual, and this is what they came up with.
It's no giant Fire Bird, but you're not some pretty-boy elf raid boss either.
this effect does stack, until after the next time this minion attacks. that adds up to a nice turn 5 into turn 6 5/4 and 8 damage fireball +2 damage from hero power, if the enemy ignores it.
"he's ba-a-a-ad news" "Arcane enhancements are ba-a-a-a-ad for you" "such familiar, yet such strange" "Sheepishly ba-a-a-alanced?" "needs more sheep-bell!"
Example of a Fatality
Usable as removal / enable favorable trades or on your own minions to get that sweet spell damage for yourself.
Just a little something I whipped up.. Not sure on the balancing side, but oh well. At least I tried. :P
I always thought, I might be bad,
Now I'm sure that it's true,
'Cause I think you're so good,
And I'm nothing like you.
Inspired by this weeks tavern brawl:

Bamboo. (I swear there's a joke here)
Play: "No one touches my master, meow!"
Attack: "Meow right!!"
Death: "Meeeooowww..."
Flavour Text: Who needs Huffer when you have a cat with an awesome hat and a broomstick!

Mana Beast
If at first you don't succeed, Cheat, repeat until caught and then lie!
"She had seven Flamestrikes, you say? How very unfortunate."

it basically gives you one more copy of your spell since no one will use a spell on a 1/1 unless it is AOE.
