Update: Blizzard fixed this mechanic in today's release. I guess that answers the question!
When playing norzdomu, a clever(cheater?) player with 2 brewmasters can spam brewmaster/return brewmaster and the related animation actually occurs during the opponent's round. This can lead to someone unable to get a turn. Admittedly a clever move, nonetheless most likely should be logged as a bug in my opinion -- abuse of game mechanics, or lucky draw?
This has been around for ages. It's just got much worse with the introduction of long joust animations. Hopefully Blizzard will do something fix it soon as it's being exploited.
That has been around for a while. It also happens with joust cards. Quite a few people in the current Brawl used the joust mechanics with Noz to prevent their opponent from getting a turn.
I'm new. I ran into someone that did this to me and since I am not really the type to generally get emotional about such things, I was somewhere between impressed and frustrated. of course, the opponent was also trying to spam chat and basically doing anything he could to prevent me from being able to take my turn, so it was kind of silly, but I was curious whether this was well-known and if so, if it was considered a legitimate (if lame) win condition. If it has been around awhile, it's curious that devs have not decided to change the mechanic to correct it.

It's pretty well-known, I don't know if Blizzard has any plans for it.
