Whether they are known or not, they're still funny. I don't see how this is forced. They already said they were making new versions of existing legendaries, like the new Hogger. Not to mention if you're to complain about paladins, I can barely think of any with any relation to old gods whatsoever.
From the very start hearthstone was literally designed to be lighthearted, and yes, a joke. I think some people have been a bit blinded to that since it became super MLG and e-sports heavy. Look at the cards we already have. Leeroy Jenkins, original Hogger, Grim Patron, Angry Chicken even.
Ragnaros and the other Elemental Lords were ENSLAVED by the Old Gods. The way they tried to rationalized it in the IGN article was that now that the Old Gods are back, Ragnaros has taken up the side of good to get his sweet revenge on his old masters.
It's bullshit. The elemental lords where the elemental lords before they were made in the Old Gods bitches.Ragnaros was the firelord before he was enslaved, is not like there was a dude called Ragnaros that the Old Gods turned into the firelord and enslaved so now he needs powers from someone else so they vomited holy light on top of him.
That's not what I said. Where did I say that?
No, is what they said, or at least the half assed explanation they wanted to give to this thing.
If Ragnaros wanted to turn against their former masters he can just do it by throwing fire at them, no need to turn him into a joke of a light elemental. Anyway my complain is about the fact that they had like 10 paladins, easy, to turn into Legendaries, instead they go for this unfunny made up thing.Isn't enough with things like the Boogey Monster?
It's a complete joke. But a good one. This is hilarious, and I want to see sound files, entrance animations, etc. Blizzard, keep up the hilariously awesome work. 10/10. Also very useful.
I have many salt stories. It all involves a hunter killing me in 6 turns, adding me to friends after and bragging how much better at the game they are. This happens a few times a week shall I say? Regardless, it's extremely infuriating, and I want to flip the first table I find, then I laugh for a few minutes about how stupid they are.
I notice a lot of complaints about how it is difficult for new players and they're desperate and need a ton of gold. Compare it to something like League of Legends of DotA. It's extremely painful for new players, mostly due to lack of skill, and poor choices of what you pick as a hero. Then after a few matches, you gain skill and realize maybe your choices should be changed or improved upon. The game of Hearthstone is far from easy, and I'm pretty sure you fight opponents of similar skill and similar amounts of cards, so it's really pretty even. The complaint of money is also very frequent, and the fact you can access every bit of content besides the new heroes and old card backs makes me way too confused why people actually complain, considering in the end, money only accelerates the speed of acquiring cards. Also, regarding cash, you get free packs almost every day if you play enough. I believe that's enough said.
Don't care about specific dungeons but i would love anything nozdormu related. This way each wing could have another hisotical warcraft event as theme -> they could add cool characters as card rewards too

Great card, but the hearthstone department has no concept of lore :/. Love the fact mantid are in though, but no Y'shaarj synergy.

6 mana 8/5.. the equivelent to 7/6 or 6/7... so it's basically a boulderfist with a downside.
