[Update] Added 4 recently revealed beasts, but its quite difficult to judge some of them.
I really like the concept of new hunter card Ram Wrangler, and I decided to make a statistcs for average battlecry outcome. I included all TGT beasts in calculations.
1. Stats
Average stats without adding Deathrattle minions are 3,5 / 3,7, so approximately its 3/4.
2. Beasts
I gropued beasts into 5 tiers (3 before) to better show card potential.
Summarizing I think its cool card. There is more than 60% chance to get average or better beast, and 20% to get really bad one. After seeing all new card, I think it will see some play in constructed. And sometimes this card can immediately autowin games.

Summarizing I think its cool card. Probably it wont see much play in constructed because of RNG aspect, but definitely it can autowin some games.
yeah the tiers are a little bit weird lol. you have to think from the perspective that 3/3 is like 2.5 mana and categorize what IS good/bad/amazing for like what comes out with the rest of that 2.5 mana.
so like the ironfur grizzly for sure isn't bad for 2.5 mana, while webspinner maybe more questionable from a tempo perspective. So if we look at things that way half the "average" minions are in fact GOOD if you define good in terms of getting a minion that's worth more than 2.5 mana.

Like i said in post above yours - I rated those beasts based on average stats, which are 3/4. Also its very situational, sometimes Stonetusk Boar can be better than Gahz'rilla etc.
I would even say in case of the stats, dire wolf alpha and the grizzly are like in between bad and average. Guess everything else would be bad but those two are even good since your opponent will most likely kill your alpha = It has some kind of taunt in a way.
I would argue that it is hard to classify some of these as good or bad, because of how situational they are. There will be times when Mukla is better than combatant because the Combatant would dies as a result of his 4 toughness and you do not have time to activate the inspire. Likewise summoning the beast for them to BGH and get a 3/3 can be terrible.

2. Beasts
I gropued beasts into 3 tiers. Some people may disagree with those, but keep in mind average stats. Also its hard to value some minions, because it depends on the situation.
Consider dropping this not on turn 5 but say on turn 7, especially with the rhino on board, this thing is insane value. Even on turn 10 with combo with the rhino, this is some face damage. I'd split tiers depending on playing this on turns 5, 7 and 10 like so:
"/Combo" means that if you can combo this card with whatever else you cast/summon this turn, the card is treated as one tier above than displayed. "/Protection" means the same in case you badly need a taunt.
Updated the list to include 4 beasts revealred after first creating it.
** Acidmaw rated "Awful" due to it being a double-edged sword, it destroys your own minions if they take damage. Due to the fact that you have at least one minion when you get this (the beast to trigger Ram Wrangler) on your board, this can result in an instant loss. But, should the enemy have a developed board, playing Acidmaw for 5 following with Powershot, Arcane Shot or Unleash the Hounds results in an instant enemy board clear. But, since the rating is based on average experience, Acidmaw is rated "Awful" with a potential for combo at t7 and above.
I would just concede if the hunter gets Savage Combatant on me t-_-t
eh, its not THAT good. If they play it on 5 its just a Lost Tallstrider. It's probably one of the less good cards in the Best category.
But if you can't clear it, Hunter can attack for additional 2 dmg. And if turn 6 you have Garrison Commander in hand. You can deal 4 dmg from spell power and 4 hero attack (free Death's Bite).

I mean i think its weird that of all the Beast minions he would concede to he would concede to Savage Combatant rather than say, King Krush or Malorne. Its still definitely one of the better outcomes. (although i don't think Garrison Commander is good)
Your average and bad are a bit of. A five drop that gives you not only a 2/6 taunt (which would be bad for a 5 drop) but also a 3/3 is good. Sludge is a 3/5 with 1/2 and commonly played. Even a Thundra rino that comes together with a 3/3 is crazy value because it gives you a 2/5 charge + your enemy need to answer it AFAP. You can say everything with at least 3 manacost is still ok value for a five drop. everything less is bad but can at least be situational good (Getting Scavening Hyena/Dire Wolf Alpha or Timber Wolf with snakes out, finishing a big minion with Stonetusk boar to use Hunter's mark). This card is a real push for beast hunter. Especially when he gets another big (2?) beast as legendary.
3 mana cost less battlecry is average, anything above is better (and if combo, twice better). So if there would be a beast with "Battlecry: Do nice things" that costs 3 or less and is not the owl, it'll be rated "bad" or worse. The parrot is awful for that very reason. And about 2-mana beasts that can have a combo I have "/Combo" modifier, pushing say Timber Wolf upwards into average if one can combo with it. If there are snakes out, Timber Wolf gains a lot of value, although I expect to have no more than one beast prior to casting Ram Wrangler. If there would be 5, of course getting a timber wolf or a hyena could do tremendous immediate impact. And yes, I agree that this card is extremely great for a beast hunter.
I think this updated list is very accurate, great job to the OP. I think whether we go by this list, or the old one you had at the start, I think it should be pretty obvious to everyone that this card is gonna be a very strong 5 drop for midrange/control/beast Hunter. And I know some people are saying there's too much RNG, etc, but uh there's a lot of RNG to Piloted Shredder too. That card can also drop you a Captains Parrot when it dies, and every once in a while it pops out a doomsayer and blows up your whole board, but that doesn't stop people from playing Shredder because most of the time it's really good value.

[12,5%] Win: King Krush, Gahz'rilla, Malorne, Savannah Highmane, Captured Jormungar
[20%] Good: Maexxna, The Beast, Mukla's Champion, Stranglethorn Tiger, Savage Combatant, Core Hound, King Mukla, Acidmaw
[30%] Average: King of Beasts, Stampeding Kodo, Starving Buzzard, Tundra Rhino, Armored Warhorse, Core Rager, Lost Tallstrider, Oasis Snapjaw, Ironfur Grizzly, Emperor Cobra, Jungle Panther, Dreadscale
[17,5%] Below average: Haunted Creeper, Bloodfen Raptor, River Crocolisk, Dire Wolf Alpha,Scavenging Hyena, Webspinner, King's Elekk
[20%] Bad: Silverback Patriarch, Captain's Parrot,, Ironbeak Owl, Angry Chicken, Hungry Crab, Stonetusk Boar, Timber Wolf, Young Dragonhawk

I would put Ironfur Grizzly in average because its 5 mana for 6/6 in stats and taunt. Slightly worse than that buuuut...
I wouldn't be surprised if this card didn't see play but i also wouldn't be surprised if it did.
Reminds me of a much more varied version of Tuskarr Totemic
Good job on this list!
I would just concede if the hunter gets Savage Combatant on me t-_-t
Your tiers are a bit off I think.
Owl, parrot, chicken, crab, and the 1/1's arent too great but everything else is value or better for a 5 cost minion.
eh, its not THAT good. If they play it on 5 its just a Lost Tallstrider. It's probably one of the less good cards in the Best category.
Average doesn't mean its bad. Its just not good as beasts in "Good tier"- solid stats, nothing more.
Average beast stats are 3/4 , so everything with lower stats and no additional effects is bad.
yeah the tiers are a little bit weird lol. you have to think from the perspective that 3/3 is like 2.5 mana and categorize what IS good/bad/amazing for like what comes out with the rest of that 2.5 mana.

Just remember the good times!
Finally I moved Ironfur Grizzly to average tier, because Taunt generally is worth 1 stat point.
About half the top tier is not good, it's good game.

Maybe making a chart of how situational they are?
King Mukla not in 1st tier?

There is a lot of steak here...

I made a new grouping to show chances more accurately.

I updated list with 4 new revealed beasts, and Ram Wrangler is yet better. Im not only sure about legendaries valuation.
Captured Jormungar - Great
Acidmaw - Good?
Dreadscale - Average?
King's Elekk - Below average
