- Have no spell, no weapon and no 3-health minion in his opening hand
Well, seems pretty OP to me and not situational at all !
Please KKeegan, you've been trying to bash everyone saying this card could be good on this forum since its release.
We've heard your point. 5 times. Are you really that angry about a card release, or is it about some people seeing it work in some way ?
Not angry about this card. Sad about the 5 garbage Rogue already got and general very low quality of TGT cards. This card is crap, there is nothing you can do about it. Dream all you want.
Everyone asking for a 2/3 version of this,..you guys are asking for a very broken card..
I don't think so. Asking for a 2/4 would be a broken card, a 2/3 would just be reasonable for this card. It's the same with the Ball of Spiders card.. 5 Mana would have been reasonable, 6 mana is crap. Coin is amazing for Rogue but if you have no other chance than to stealth this minion or to backstab another minion, it loses it's purpose. 1 coin isn't really enough to justify this card. You need to hit face 2 times to get a very good deal out of this card. 1 is more or less a neutral outcome but since you won't be able to achieve this goal most of the time, this card loses much of it's purpose.

Who can take your trash out? Stomp it down for you? Shake the plastic bag and do the twisty thingy, too?
Like you said "Coin" is really amazing for Rogue. 2 coins will probably win you the game. if this guy will be 2/3, -Zombie Chows,Backstab,Arcane Shots, can't kill it... It means you can only remove this with 2 mana spells like Quick Shot and Frostbolts..If the enemy doesn't have an early taunt, It WILL hit face twice.. Then Agent or Perdition Blade.. Or if you'd like to get greedy stealth it again with a coined out Master of Disguise. Rogue now has the Panda, too.
I actually like this card as it is. I already have a deck in my mind. People are just really stuck with the "Current Meta" that's why they couldn't see the potential..
You are right about "being stuck with the current meta" but it is hard no to, since we can't test the cards atm and without knowing all possible interactions. I still think that the 2 health is to low to make this one viable but I hope you are right. I would love to see a viable more ore less straight forward Tempo Rogue deck. I love playing tempo. It's a pitty that Rogue is only in a combo-variant at the moment. (at least in top tier)

2 coins are really good deal, but saying it will win you a game is a really bold statment. Obviously coins are great for rogue: they're giving you nice tempo boost and activates combos, but that's it. You need to have something in your hand that can trully set the game as you want. If you spend them on panda for example, you're putting all your eggs in one baskett. A little card like Ironbeak Owl might destroy all your plans.
I think people are overestimating Shado-Pan Cavalry. It's a Boulderfist on steroids and can be removed like anything else, especially in constructed. In arena it might be good, in constracted it's still weaker than Shredder.
Of course, we need to try Cutpurse first and than we will see, but for now I treat it as just nice flavor for rogue, nothing game breaking.
Well... If you have drawn a silence and get a 3/7 minion for 4 mana you already have a good edge against the opponent. I don't know what is really bad with drawing out silences. 3/7 trades good versus a lot low drops. It is like saying tirion is bad because it is 6/6 for 8 mana. Why would I play that lol? I better play drakonid crusher 6/6 at 6 mana.
Also, this card has great synergy with gadgetzan and a lot of rogue tempo cards. The only problem I can see is 2/2 for 2 mana might get killed before attacking face. Otherwise, it can be potentially 2/2 for 1 mana. It's just not powercreep, you have to work for it.
Everyone asking for a 2/3 version of this,..you guys are asking for a very broken card..
Wouldn't be more broken than Mechwarper or Knife juggler, and it's a class card. even thou, Rogues need something 100x more broken than that to compensate for things like Anoobarak.
"As for Healing Wave - one card appears and everyone knows that control shammy is back. Maybe there is still chance for us?"
Healing wave would've been great for Rogue given that all the new TGT cards seems to be control based. What rogue needs upgraded hero power that controls board and doesn't take face damage.
Mechwarper is also a very broken card(this guy should be 2/2 also).. KJ for me is balanced because of the rng and it's 2 health.. Well need to wait for a month maybe, if it's viable with 2/2 then it means would be broken at 2/3.. I also understand your point though, I had high hopes with Anubarak.. Warcraft Heroes seems to receive bad card counterparts..
I feel like the reason this card doesn't have more than 2 health is because this card already has the potential to get out of hand.
If it was a 1/4, it would be really hard to remove for most classes aside from mage with Flame Cannon or with some kind of silence.
If it was a 2/3 (which it should be imo), it wouldn't be that much of a change because it would still die against most weapons/removal on turn 2, but it would be better against aggro. If it lives, it has the same effect as Darnassus Aspirant, but you don't lose mana and can use it whenever you want.
This card is fine how it is, but would be much better as a 2/3.
The more I think about it, the more it seems that Stealth is the one thing this card is really lacking. With Stealth, you would be almost guaranteed to get one solid use out of it, but it would still be appropriately vulnerable to basic trades and removal after (which it needs to be to some extent, or this card could really get out of hand).
Yep. Armorsmith and Northshire Cleric both have ridiculously powerful effects for those cost / stats (and with no restrictions). Seems harsh to make this Rogue card so poor.
This card shares the same fate as Pint-Sized Summoner. No one in their right mind will let it live. If you do happen to drop this [FIRST] it will soak removal which is a huge plus. If you do get a turn out of it, you are laughing your arse off.
1 less frost bolt 1 less lightning bolt 1 less darkbomb 1 less ___________ you get the point.
I think it should be a no-brainer staple in all Rogue decks considering its possible utility. Same goes to say for GVGs 3/2 shaman windfury card.

if there is an Armorsmith or Northshire Cleric alone on the board without any spells i just ignore it...without any interaction these cards are useless.... Cutpurse and [card]Sorcerer's Apprentice[/card] are cards which can't be ignored and your opponent has to remove it asap....

I expect yes, it should work prior to traps. Like Truesilver Champion, it should first proc then proceed, and only then should secrets be triggered.
There is a lot of steak here...
Meh, why this card was released - I dislike it :/
Once upon a time, only goblins piloted shredders. These days, everyone from Doomsayer to Lorewalker Cho seems to ride one.
