anyone else thinks the art of the card is a bit off. most cards are very vibrant and lively this looks like a selfie took in WOW then framed into a card its bland ,boring , stiff and just borderline ugly
I dont think so, sure it can be gr8, but mostly 3hp minion in arena dies very quickly and in one hit. Would have to see it in play to evaluate it better, but in this moment, i dont think i would pick it over regular 5 drops, just too gimicky and conditional. The rarity isnt doing this card any good either (for arena).

kindoff disagree ... a lot of people just stick to working decks that where refined forever since beta and after each expansion / adventure ... few had made new decks, forgeting the old archeyype and creating a whole new one, like the mechmage ... maybe we will se a clas that can cram all the jucie of this cards ... my guess would be warrior, priest or paly.

Super amazing with cards like Savage Roar or Bloodlust. Fill up the board, buff them up -> OTK! But still gimmicky, though HS lives off its gimmicks IMO.
it's only good if you have some kind of aoe 1/2 dmg or a way to trigger it will probably see play on warrior and mage decks only since they are the only classes that can gain value from this card realiably
I don't think it will see much play though it's strong if it gets going but 3/3 isn't hard to remove on turn 5.
a vanilla 5 mana card is 11 points worth (6/5,5/6,7/4,4/7 for example) unless it gets duplicated to be valuabled at 12 stat points it's a waste of 2 mana.. also it's a 2 card combo or 7 mana combo for a mage.. it's a complicated card but it's good situationally.
Looks like an amazing card, here's a copy from an analyze I did on reddit:
Easily fails the vanilla test, has the body of a 2.5 mana minion. Generally the effect seems great, especially if for warrior/mage, and if you have a taunt minion to stop enemies from killing it in one hit. When it takes damage it makes a 5 mana value minion, which is a massive effect. Comparing it to cards like Acolyte of pain, which have a body that costs 2 less for the value of around 1 mana (Card draw is generally worth 1 mana, maybe more), makes Grim Patron a great card, with a slight notable difference is that Acolyte's effect happens when he dies. So overall, Grim Patron looks like a good or even must have in warrior/mage decks!
It's a a good card if you have someway to damage it. Otherwise, I do believe the card will be a bit too slow to see some play in constructed. I might be wrong.

This is a Nerubian egg with a higher cost. To make it worth it, you have to have a way to activate it yourself. so at least 6 mana unless you have inner rage. not really worth it... maybe IDK.

Yes, for 11 crystals. Amazing move.
Cards got potential I think, 3 health survives most cheap board clear.
Buffing this guy could be good too, maybe in a deck with stuff like Echoing Ooze and such.

Your post didn't "just list synergies", you implied that it's a *good* synergy, while in fact it's the worst one in this topic.
Classes that can use this: Warrior, mage
Classes that can use a lot of minions: Druid, Shaman
While there'll probably be some really fun decks with this, it would take a miracle to make it viable.
Similar to a Muster for Battle for the other classes, depending of the mana necessary for the combos. We'll see...
