This is the most stupid card i have even seen its such a big rng fiesta. another step in the direction of rng in a few expansions you can just flip a coin and see who wins.
Nah, it’s good. And it’s not complete RNG. It’s more calculated risk. It also requires you to hand read and know decks, and that’s skill.
well that card happened, i wondered when they would pinrt it, this has more potential to see play just because ruin your opponents plan een without being a combo deck, force your opponent to use a removal spell on a bad target or face damage on a minion ( sure its random could go wrong sometimes), it's really good, you can even force your oponent a draw spell which could help you to win the fatigue race. And Screws discover spells
Imho nothing in particular on your turn. If you ask me, you will just help out the opponent (unless their Archmage Antonidas is in the last pile of their deck).
Basically when you play the Saboteur and he casts Time Warp, you will still be able to complete your turn. But when the opponent's one starts, the mage will have 2 turns to spare.
Ooooh the dirty rat for spells I always dreamed off?
Does this help against big priest at all?
6 mana cost is pretty heavy for a tech card though.
Imagine playing this and forcing your opponent to play their Resurrection spellstone when they haven’t summoned anything yet... I’d say it helps a ton!
I am a big fan of Dirty Rat type of cards but this one is bad.
Cards put minions or spells for the opponent for free need to be overstated to compensate the insane tempo you give the opponent most of the time and this card is understated for the cost.
A very common scenario, you play this, it is the only minion in board, the magic spell is Poly and tranform him into a 1/1, you spend 6 manas in your turn and opponent remove for free getting the 6 manas turn to development your own board.

5 manas 5/6 maybe see play.
I think this is meant for far more specific uses, though I can see plenty of players misusing this. I think given priest's continued potential for combo and OTK this coming expansion, this, Duel!, and Hecklebot will be great options if priest continues as I think it will: OTK, gallery, and wall (all thanks to Mass Resurrection)

If priest OTK become tier 1 really popular and frequent in ladder then I see people tech this card like Ooze when a weapon class become too strong.
But if not is the case then people will realize play a 5/6 minion for 6 and give the opponent a free spell is bad, many spells don't have targets like Deadly Shot, Arcane Intellect, Blizzard, Flamestrike, etc... and when the spell have targets it is a coin flip.
The benefits don't compensate the risks most of the times.

Agreed! I see this being a control tool, and even so more conditionally than anything, so we'll have to wait and see. I'm just glad to see some new disruption designs!

So, they are pushing OTK decks and then they are making all those tech cards against OTK decks. I wonder where that will lead to... Maybe control will be king in the new meta?

Even better than Dirty Rat in the sense that you could pull something like a Fireball and have it blast your opponent.
This is a good tech card!
What happens if this pulls Time Warp?

i have to asume that your opponent still geys 2 turns after yours, but thats a good question that should be tested when the expansion comes out.

anti combo after giving priest another combo card for their three existing archetypes to continue. very nice

probably, same interaction as yogg i guess

Damn that's a fun one card! I like it!

This might not be very good, but it's a pretty revolutionary tech card.
Yes, the spell just dissappears. Imagine Yoggsaron casting spells that cant have any effect

I love this so much! I'm putting it in every deck.
Suck it, combo.
