Ironically, we are losing Ivory Knight which provides healing and gaining Glass Knight which wants it. Blizzard at their finest... just swapping out chess pieces. If we are lucky maybe we will get the whole chess set by 2030!
To be honest, this feels like Wickerflame Burnbristel. Good as a stand-alone,but not really needed.
Against token decks it’s just a four ( where Paladin has already some competition) mana 4/4 . And vs Control... is this rly good vs Voidlords and such things? And is healing actually needed in the meta?
Honestly feels like a pretty meh card at best. First of all it competes as a four drop against call to arms, which is a hell of a card to compete against, considering it's in every paladin deck nowadays standard or wild. Of course you could run 2 call to arms and this in the same deck, but I feel like I don't really want to. I mean the flavor of the card is cool, but 4/3 stats are way too fragile and divine shield doesn't help much. If you just play this minion most of the time it will be killed of before you can get any value from the effect. The only use from this card I can see is if you manage to buff it, than it might be pretty annoying to deal with. Also I don't entirely understand the text. "Whenever you restore health" does it mean only to a your hero or to any other minion as well?
Missing "Rush" keyword.. it is a legendary! Without rush/charge I don't see this card played. One problem with heal-pala themes is that you need to get damaged to generate value (Spellstone, Blackguard, Happy Ghoul, Glass Knight..).
Scenario 1: you play vs aggro and get damaged -> minions without rush on turn4 are not helping Scenario 2: you play vs control and don't get damaged early on.. hard to get value Scenario 3: you try to combine Bolvar + Glass Knight .... divine shield is an anti-synergy to healing
you can only solve those problems with using weapons to dmg yourself but all we got is a 8 mana weapon..
give it "every friendly minion that gets healed gains divine shield and it would be worth the tag "legendary" + it only works in midrange/control pala because aggrodin does not play heals/high health minions which can be healed and paladin has no class-boardheals
Hmm, great target to fetch by Howling Commander on curve, but that gives up quite alot of tempo, especially compared to Arcanologist into a Secret. And if you would run this card, you surely also run some other Divine Shield cards to synergize with.
If only it was a dragon, although it should have 1 less attack or health to be balanced! :)

True, this does compete with CtA as well as Truesilver, but I think it's meant for a slightly different deck. I'm holding out hope that Paladin gets another Dragon card to bridge the gap and make Divine Shield/Heal/Dragon Pally a... thing (see Cathedral Gargoyle). And the text works the same as the Pally Spellstone in that it triggers off any friendly healing effect, regardless of target.
If you have Bolvar on the board, a pyro and the glass knight, all you're missing is an echo heal a minion card and were in OTK territory. That's as much hype as I got for this.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Looks like a fair card. Is that good enough? I dont know. But there is a paladin's weapon that snergies really well with this guy. I think it's a 5 mana weapon, lifesteal 1/4 whenever a minion loses divine shield, gain +1 attack. Did u get it? Just the perfect sinergy
I enjoy.

Well, only thing that comes to my mind is that they are trying to give some breath for cards that have never seen competitive play yet such as Lesser Pearl Spellstone , Benevolent Djinn , Chillblade Champion , Blackguard and maybe even Bolvar, Fireblood . seems weird to me...
A 4 mana 4/3 with divine shield is really good, not even considering the effect which is meh
Don't mind me just passing by
It could be useful being combined with Benevolent Djinn
Finally weak legenary for paladin. It is playable. But u have to build around gaining health to get value from this card. Maybe playable but not great

This may even be meta... me thinks to change my vote after further review... WHAOW!!
I enjoy.
How does this work if you gave it lifesteal through Unidentified Potion? O-o
I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,

This is a glorified Shredder, and doesnt fix any of Paladin problem. next

Silvermoon Guardian and C'Thun's Chosen are pretty decent 4 drops.....This is even better.

Why is it called glass knight? Because glass is the poster boy of being resilient?

This is awful. Would be a good epic, but legendary? How will this help Paladin?
What i like here is that blizzard sticks to its more vanilla feeling card design, nothing too op just decent cards in general.
