As awesome as this card is, I can't really see it being played. Even among Wild Legendary minions, there's simply too many bad ones. The card is too RNG to be relied upon. That won't stop the occasional Trolden video of getting a Kel'Thuzad pull at a crucial moment but overall, this card just won't see play.
Looks like a interesting card. Slight under-stats for a Legendary, but it has the RNG possibility of being a game winner.
The big drawback I have with it, is that it is one of the class legendary. Would have been a really good epic card, but It's not defining enough to warrant Legendary, IMHO.

I wanna glide down, over Mulholland I wanna write her, name in the sky I wanna free fall, out into nothin' Gonna leave this, world for awhile
This just makes me laugh at the poeple who were defending the "leaked" toki with the coins as being realistic. No, this is what you get.
It won't see "competitive" play, but people need to remember ranked mode isn't the only game mode. Casual mode is not "practice mode", it's meant to mess around with fun cards like this. But yet our stupid playerbase insists on playing tier 1 decks in casual because they are too scared to play in ranked.
At least you get legendary minion and not legendary card. Would suck if you'd get a quest from this. Then again getting a deathknight would most likely be nice too.
Turning Toki, Time-Tinker into a neutral Legendary, so everyone can enjoy its "fun" and thus mages get a proper Legendary in its place.
Improving its statistics... less mana? more health and/or attack?
That Toki, Time-Tinker delivers more than one Wild Legendary... perhaps 2? or even 3?! (with proper statistics, of course)
The more logical fix: instead of adding a random Wild Legendary to your hand... you Discover it! So there would be more chances of getting a useful Legendary.
That, like Unstable Portal, the Wild Legendary obtained gets an important cost reduction.
And my favourite: that Toki, Time-Tinker adds to the hand a copy of a Legendary minion previously played that game.

Or maybe mage gets at least one crap legendary like almost every class does this expansion. That seems fair to me too. I mean crap class legendaries does seem to be the big theme this time around. :p
This looks like so much fun. Not super strong, but just imagine curving this into Dr. Boom.
Given that it's a 6-drop, they should have at least gone with "Discover" a random legendary (and it would fit the art better too).
Question do wild cards give you standcard cards? No because wild is better than standard, if you like this card just play wild!
Isn't toki japanese for time?
Yessssss, this is Meta-Defining! Doesn't matter how good it is, this will single-handedly define the Meme and Clown Fiesta metas!
Is not this card will be ridiculous when it rotated to wild! next year!
This will be really shit when the set rotates out though.
It's a fun card, and because a fun card I played once didn't see play, neither will this card.

I can already see myself getting Wilfer Fizzlebang with this....

Why do I have the sinking feeling that it will pull either Dr. Boom or Ragnaros the Firelord in 50% of cases?
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
What are the odds to get:
Very good legend like Ragnaros, playable one like Black Knight or terrible one like Patches?
My suggested fixes for this abomination are:
If I get confessor paletres will I get more wild legenderies?
I realize you probably won’t but there is always hope
