is this a new tier 1 card? Just crafted Master Oakheart to try him out for some ideas I had, but it seems that warlocks with Rin, the First Disciple is clearly the best choice atm. I just wanna be sure since I dont have lots of $ and dust.
I think she is a tech card for a tier 1 deck at the moment.
