I am 100% sure that the dev will see how this completely kill druid and bring it back to the way it was. They should've just nerfed UI... druid lost the thing most important to them. They no longer has a good basic card that identify them. The reason counterfeit coin see "little play" is because it is in a miracle rogue deck. Druid doesn't have a deck like this, ramp with 1 extra mana is too slow just like you don't use counterfeit coin to ramp a high cost neutral minion
While this is a very good change, I feel the amount of ramp atm is the real problem, when my opponent has 9 mana and I have 4, it's pretty hard to comeback

Will be harder for druid to ramp without innervate they often play ramping cards with innervate.
Every time it's felt the most unfair losing to Druid it was innervate turns. (specially against aggro or innervated UI.)
ramping is a core identity of druid the class should have a weakness of having hard time clearing boards and defending against medium sided minion boards SP was negating this weakness without innervate and slower ramp than before his weakness for midrange and aggro will still be there and druid will be easier to beat.
True druid is still strong and I think they did wrong not hitting jade idol for the SECOND ROUND OF NERFS!
Glad they nerfed it but this is literally Counterfeit Coin for druids. kind of lazy and unoriginal imo. the "Refresh 2 mana crystals" idea was way cooler.
It's comical that people think the card will still see any play or that Mire Keeper can fill the void. Druid, as we know it, is over.
Druid is no longer tier 0 but tier 1 because UI didn't get nerfed. Innervate needed to be nerfed and I am very happy it got the nerf. It won't see much play, druids will go back to earthen scales or cheap taunts.
If the intention of the nefr was to make the card unplayable they succeeded, but there was so many ways to nerf this card without killing it, like being a 2 mana card to give 4 crystals, or to replenish X mana crystals, but the Hearthstone Devs still don´t know how to properly nerf cards.
Of the 5 cards nerfed this time, I think only this card won't see significant play anymore. I think the fact that Ultimate Infestation exists means that Nourish will still be used for ramp even after this, so Ramp Druid isn't dead. This also opens the door for more varied Ramp cards to be printed in the future, now that all of them won't be utterly outclassed by a Basic card.
In my opinion, this is just another change that slowly gets rid of class identity. Druid is all about ramping faster than the other eight classes and now Innervate, which is one of their biggest tools for ramping, is now completely useless.
I don't think this is as bad as people are making it out to be. It hardly makes the card unplayable. If anything, the change to Fiery War Axe and Murloc Warleader might make those cards unplayable. Druid is still just fine with all of their other ramp, Jade Idols, big creatures, etc.
You never played a druid deck in your life did you?
I undestand why the nerf was needed, but as a guy, who for the last year or so only played Astral Communion type of druid (relying heavily on turn 1-2 innervate plays), I am extremely unhappy about it.

Only impactfull nerf. I am a bit afraid that this will hurt druid too much in later rotations but whatever, at the moment it will help a bit to decrease the number of druids.

Was Innervate too powerful? Sure, so let's nerf it.
1. Correct solution: refresh two mana crystals. Enables token decks to populate the board early, but does not allow broken plays
2. Bad solution: turning it into a coin. Wow. That's all I have to say.
+1 Mire Keeper in Jade Druid for sure.

There are 2 kind of nerfs:
1. Blizzard just lower the power level of the cards: Gadgedztan auctioneer, leeroy jenkins
2. Blizzard doesnt want any players play the cards anymore: rogue quest, charge, etc, etc
Innervate is the type 2
lol i'm sure some druid deck will find a use for innervate. *snicker* sure, blizzard, sure. whatta bunch of maroons.

You guys know, that Gadgetzan Auctioneer is a candidate for HOF, right? Now Innervate will be in no use to you.
FREAKING FINALLY THE CARD IS BALANCED!
I like to make cards and discuss game balance.
