Yes, it's not as good as Consecration, but it's doesn't have to be. You need to evaluate it against Hunter's other options for AOE, which are pretty crappy. I can see this being played in a Deathrattle synergy deck.
It's basically a marginal better wisp (0.5 mana) with sort of an explosive trap added to it (only worse because the opponent sees it coming) (1,5 mana)
so you pay 4 mana for 2 mana value . It's absolutely the worst man .
I dunno why they keep adding 1 health deathrattles that are super expensive. If this had 2 health or was 1 mana cheaper it wouldn't imbalanced and would be a much more impactful card.
1 health just gives your opponent WAY too much control over when it dies. It's too easy to play around. It's the same issue Acidmaw had.
As it is... it's okay. It's better than Abomination for N'zoth-style stuff. It's slightly better than Volatile Elemental.
It's not bad for zombeasts.
I think it's still a pretty good card (like a 2/5), but it should have been better.
I... can't decide if it's strictly worse than consecration or not...
Your opponent will do face damage, trade it and land minions again. At this point better playing Explosive trap anyway. The only good version would be this with play dead, but that's a 4 damage 2 card, 5 mana AOE with half damage you can't trigger immediately.
As a deathrattle minion there must be some good stuff, but I can't see it for now.
it's clearly not strictly worse than consecration.
Did you guys all forget that every hunter will be running double Shaky Zipgunner this expansion? You can expect this to be a 4 mana 4/3 most of the time. I think Trogg Beastrager will make a comeback as well. Don't forget there is also the sick synergy between Shaky Zipgunner and Saronite Chain Gang!

WARNING: BATS MAY EXPLODE!
It's one mana away from being viable I think. Should have been a 3 mana card.
LOL... is this supposed to push control hunter? Make it a battlecry and deathrattle.
wow is this bad
nice bat but for 4 mana it is worth ?
Just for the love of Misha play around Potion of Madness

Would be bad even at 3 mana .
So excited to play this in control hunter in wild. Recurrable board wipes is exactly what the deck needs, even if it's clunky

Good with Build-a-beast at the very least
Play Dead synergy is real! LOL
At least can be a good choise for a Zombeast (this +Giant Wasp for example)

These stats are busted bad.
4-cost for a 2-1 with that deathrattle? At least drop it to 3 to allow hunter an opportunity to play a turn 4 consecration combo with Play Dead.
This feels pointedly bad, but please please please if anyone can show me a viable way to play a turn 4 2/1, let me know

Guys guys. I know it's still abysmally slow but I would like to remind you about Corpse Widow
