6/6 is not a 5 mana body. A 5 mana body is 5/6, a 6/6 is worth 5 and a half mana so you're getting a 4 mana spell along with it for less than half price. It's a great card for Reno Warlock.
This card is ridiculously powerful. Huge body and big board clear (at 3 it's only 1 down from Flamestrike) in one card for 7 mana. Honestly, it might just be the best card in the game, I'd say it's probably busted.
Flamestrike doesn't hit your own board. Flamestrike is a mage card. Flamestrike is a spell thus has spell synergy.
Stop making silly comparisons.
And yes, this card is super strong, and HELL NO, this isn't the best card in the game, not even close.
Hitting your own board, and even own face has never been a problem with board clears though, control decks do not care. You can even synergize to take advantage of the 'disadvantage' . if it's not even close to best card I'd like to know what is? I say again, its a big body and a big board clear in one card. Think about it.
Don't know if this is enough for a functional midrange or controllish Warlock deck in constructed but it will be great in Renolock (as long as the meta doesn't change drastically) and this card will be amazing in arena. Board clean + 6/6 body.. Warlock might fight with Mage for the nr.1 comeback class in arena with such cards.

Who can take your trash out? Stomp it down for you? Shake the plastic bag and do the twisty thingy, too?

Or another way to look at it, its Baron Geddon on steroids - You can run 2 of, the board clear is bigger, and it has 6 rather than 5 health which is massive.
Holy crap does Renolock like that! Another Hellfire attached to a big body? I wonder if this would possibly sub in for Twisting Nether?
My thoughts exactly. I think Twisting Nether should stay in though.
So does Renolock run all 5 board clears still? I think you can't cut the cheap ones for when you're getting run over early. An obvious change for some current lists is this for Baron Geddon - Abyssal Enforcer is better in many ways, because 3 damage kills many things that 2 does not.
I'm really happy about this card. Chillmaw with a freaking battlecry. I love Dread Infernal, this guy is much better. Following the logic of Dread Infernal, this guy should do 2 damage AoE, instead he does 3. 6/6 body basically worth 5.5 mana + 4 mana hellfire, thats 9.5 mana in a 7 mana minion. It's better than Baron Geddon. Feels great, fuck shamans.
If they offer a couple of good spells as well, hand lock may be possible. Arcane Giant is on the edge of usability in warlock.... add the kabal discover card for more spells, all the decent board clears, this as well.... Dark peddler obviously (though only for 5ish months). and you may just have a decent handlock. I mean In certain circumstances Arcane giant is arguably better than molten.

Love it! I sometimes play Chillmaw for the effect. This is so much easier.

seems pretty good to me. 'lock decks that like to draw out the game will love to draw this big fella against aggro if the game gets to 7,
Kazakus Reno Jackson and this.
In addition with Mistress of Mixtures and all the other anti aggro tools :)
Welcome back my old friend Renolock. I missed you so much!

This is so much better than Chillmaw. Why common and not at least rare?
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
This card is going to piss off a LOT of people lulz...

Great card.
Dread Infernal with a built-in Hellfire? I'll play ball man.

It will find home in my RenoLock deck. It is by no means meta-defining but it is quite powerful.
Shaman is sooo dead.
There is no rl, just afk.
Rip Shamans! So many board clears in this expansion, I love it! Also the kabal card arts look really good.
Destroys shamans. Doesn't kill my stealthed Gadgetzan Auctioneer. I love this card.
I always liked the look of Dread Infernal, but never found a good time to play it. 1 damage AoE just wasn't enough in late game.
Well, guess this solves that problem! Just one card, and I'm already excited for Warlock.
So, a 3 mana 6/6 with a Hellfire attached to it? Plus it's a demon, plus it's a common, meaning that will be a lot of these in arena.
I like this card!
