Should I wait to dust my extra cards until standard nerfs are announced?

I have a really nice heap of dust sitting there burning a hole in my pocket. Almost all of them are classic cards and they are the "Extra" cards as in I have more than 2 of them.

I know that if they get nerfed I would get way more value if I wait, but not sure it is worth waiting a month if only a handful of cards end up being nerfed.

Any thoughts?

I would wait unless there is a card you would like to play before expansion.

just wait. probably you wont craft any card before expansion so you don't need dust.

I'm not dusting my third big game hunter, that's for sure!

I wouldn't buy packs or spend leftover dust either. It's time to save up!

Honestly it will probably be better to wait, I mean what do you get now for not waiting? You want to waste dust on a card that might be nerfed?

Why exactly ? What great thing could happen to you if you decided to dust your cards sooner ?

Let's say you have an extra Knife Juggler:

Dust now = 20 dust

Dust if they nerf him after expansion = 100 dust. (typically you get full dust value on nerfed cards within a certain window)

This is just one example, but could be lucrative if you have a handful of extras of the cards that get nerfed. You could have 4 extras of a common that gets nerfed, you'd get 4x5 = 20 dust now, or 4x40 = 160 dust later! Sure, they may end up only nerfing 2 cards, but still, no reason to dust now as you shouldn't be crafting anything now either.

So yes, to the OP: "Wait to dust" - no reason to be dusting/crafting cards right now - as you may end up crafting something that will suck later based on all the new cards. too many unknowns out there with upcoming expansion, possible nerfs, etc, that waiting will be the best option.

TLDR- wait to dust, wait to craft, and just stockpile that gold in the meantime!

I just saw that my dust total was over 1600....if I dusted everything and got a little ancy to finally craft Grom. But in the end I think I agree and might as well wait. I went ahead and dusted a small handful of extra cards that I am 99% sure wont get nerfed, but it is probably not worthgoing through everything like that since it would take forever.

I am definitelly waiting. haven't dusted a classic card since the nerfs were announced. Hopefully it hits one of my double legendaries :-)
